  2. Hahaha, so it's Admin that can't spell My apologies to you :)

  5. ^ Now that is very dangerous...with massive 'backfire' potential! Any good caring loving woman will see this as a sensitive man fully in touch with his emotions. She will more than likely be prepared to live with this and support you through this traumatic time in your life... Stuck with her for ever = fail
  6. I was kind of hoping Ted was being sarcastic... :(
  7. I'm just a very shallow individual who needs a laugh every now and then... Too much doom and gloom around, with too many people taking too many things way too seriously. And for that reason, this thread is prefect :)
  8. ^ What news paper?
  9. Well, to be fair they don't make it easy. I'm the first to fess up if i've messed up. But they truly make it very difficult to stay in the right with all the confusing messages and zones. Not complaining, just wondering why they can't just simplify everything. That's not too contentious surely?

Don't > park or drive where you're not supposed to, innit. ------------------------------------------------------ Don't get me wrong, i'm not complaining about being fined for being in the wrong. I'm just saying they're making it harder for me to be in the right. For sure, my look out :)
  11. ^ha, true.
  12. LOL, It's a bus.. Do you really want to talk us all into having seat belts/ no standing? It would end up like a plane with safety briefings before each stop? Bring back the dangers of the route master i say :) I think some people need a dose of HTFU!
  13. TBH i can't bothered to read the whole thread, most of it seem quite petty. As far as the Op is concerned, surely as paying customers everyone has an equal right to a seat? Only good manner apply if others appear to be in more need but that's not a rule!
  14. +1 And don't get me started on parking... how difficult can they really make it! I don't mean lack of spaces either. I get that. What i really mean is the confusing array of different 'zones' and charging structures on any given single street. Business/ disabled/ peak/ off-peak/ resident/ loading bay etc... Takes me about half an hour just to read all the signs post before i'm confident enough to pull the hand break!!
  15. As you say. Supply and demand. I've never been to worried about drop in property prices as it's all relative really.
  16. ^that's really funny :-S
  17. Talking of the SS. Did you know that Hugo Boss were responsible for the design and supply of all SS and Nazi uniforms...
  18. Quite likely too. A lot of peds tend to be further distracted by their mobile phone conversations to not even bother looking the correct way either. Still the cyclist fault of course.
  19. Every time i read the thread title i somehow read 'burning my girlfriend' same thing really, i guess..
  20. ? bargain! was it through Foxtons ;)
  21. For sure we rely on aid workers in these situations. But for the aid worker the risk appear to be obvious. As much as the risk associated wt joining the army. I have enough respect to know thaw she would have been acutely aware of those risks.
  22. I should also add, that after reading their blurb i started thinking that if it worked i could then start to cure all my other demons.. just put together a massive checklist - pop in, get hypnotized. ob done...next :) Surely someone has used them before?
  23. Thanks Giggirl, Yeah, i've though about going to my GP but a few friends have tried the drugs they give you and to be honest they sound truly awful (sleep/ bad dreams etc) not that i'm not prepared to go through that if it works! Which it did of course for one of my friends. I guess i'm looking for a quick fix in the way that Alan Car did way back when. It was amazing. I'm also curious to know the difference between the two methods. I half suspect the Hypno is much the same as alan car. In which case i shall definitely go the GP route.
  24. Depends i guess on how and what you want to mostly do with it. ie mostly acoustic/ record etc... each have their own strengths. What are you used to playing at the moment narrow/fat neck etc. A good cheap amp.. i rate the Roland CUBE for bedroom practice ?70 top i think. Again, depend on what you want to do with it, gig/ bedroom practice etc More info might be helpful.
  25. I'm considering using these to guys to help me quit the evil weed (cigarettes & puff) I've tried Alan Carr which was good for 6months then i got a bit too confident etc.... Tried Alan Carr again alas made no difference at all that time, another few years later a read his book and stay off the weed for a week. I love and hate smoking but for sure i need to quit. Anyway, just wondering if anyone had any experiences with them? I have read their testimonials, but for sure it's all a rosy picture.
