try the butchers up by the plough, always great stuff there and good prices, their sausages are home made and are very good, I am sure he will do you a deal if you are buying a quantity. Agree on the rump great on the BBQ but wrap in oil and leave to rest for 10 mins afterwards.

Technology has changed the way that small cinemas can operate. In the 80s/90s when video shops boomed, cinemas still had projectionists, and if you wanted to book a ticket someone needed to be on site or on the end of the phone. Now relatively cheap digital projectors and internet booking can allow relatively small operations to work. When I was looking to relocate my business last year I was possibly going to incorporate a small cinema within it, probably about 40 seats it was dead space that I needed to demonstate high end cinema equipment in so I was already paying the cost of the space it was only the other overheads I would need to recoup. Really I wanted somewhere that was more of a community cinema showing classics, kids films etc The problem with ED is the lack of suitable premises and the cost of renting them. The one space that I thought would be ideal is the ED warehouse. Any cinema would have to be multi funtional, there just isn't the footfall or appetite to run something sucessfully in the daytime during the week. It also depends on how far people are prepared to travel. I see on here some saying how hard it is to get to the Ritzy, which I think is one of the best cinemas in the country. If people can't be bothered to travel such a short distance how far would they go. When I was researching last year I found a couple of decent spaces in Forest Hill, would people travel that far or do they just want something on their doorstep? Another idea would be a pop-up cinema to run for a month or two, if anyone would be interested in getting something like this off the ground I am open to ideas.

never-ending shenanigans at dulwich baths

Can never get through on the phone there, tried today to see what the bank holiday timetable is as it doesn't say on the website. tried calling for nearly half an hour, in the end tried depford again no answer in the end got through to Ladywell, why can't Fusion have a central phone line that all calls go through to if the centres staff are too busy? Also my son has swimming lessons there, the rebooking of classes is a complete joke, have been told many times to come on one day to reebook only to find, leaflets were printed wrong or was told incorrect date. I also have the feeling some kids are moved into next stage of classes not on ability but to help fill spaces in higher classes and free up the beginners. The teaching staff are very good though and my son loves the lessons, I do think they could be five or ten minute longer though by the time the kids get into their stride it's time to get out. -
Damn does this mean no Brookie on Saturday?

My reading of the OP is that he is not allowed to play at the goose green festival? I think there should be a bit of everything otherwise the festival will turn out to be the usual shite of hand made birthday cards and Peruvian cardigans why can't someone organise something decent around here -

They take young non-offenders and teach them how to commit crimes, they also take old offenders give them face lifts and dress them in trendy clothes -

I don't think there needs to be a filter. If the timings were altered to change to red for traffic from nunhead to ED and stayed green for traffic travelling in the other direction ten seconds or so a couple of cars could turn right I don't see why that couldn't be done straight away A big problem is also people swapping lanes at last minute when they realise that the bus in front is turning right which is usually because the buses don't indicate early enough
