I agree. it's an odd questionnaire and I bet they won't get many recommendations for Melbourne Grove! Also the receptionists in so many areas are not good in UK. We don't have that friendly service How Can I Help You ethos they have in say USA. My dentists receptionist is THE rudest unfriendly sounding person and the dentists know it because I make them listen to her when she's answering phonecalls! The receptionist at St Thomas's I complained about on their open day l;ast weekend because she was rude to someone who was asking a question she did not know the answer to, and when he asked again if she might at least make a suggestion, she blew her top! Frightening really.

I am sad there were some unfriendly unsupportive and downright upsetting responses to your initial post, but nevertheless I do agree with the point that you can not hope to achieve anyrhing by posting here when you don't say what road you were talking about. Please report this to your local safer neighbourhood team and come along to the next police ward panel to ask them what their response is. All such imformation is avaulable if you search around. A horrible experience to have gone through, and I am very sorry you had to go through it.

Thanks ianr for the link - indeed I am getting about 2mg :( When I have 2 hours spare I shall indeed telephone BT Sales and demand to know why I am paying for such a poort deal. Someone else I know got cut off and then when being put back on, was offered all sorts of goodies, so we all need to make those demands for all the money we're paying! If I weren't so professionally attached to my email addresses and phone numbers I would def go with Virgin Cable. I've heard nowt but good things. But I will stand up for the BT technical advisors. All very very polite and knowledgeable people in Mumbai or somewhere who always fix the problems, the few times I've had them. Another good thing I would say about BT internet is that it filters all my spam. Every time I go in to my web based mail and see the spam folder, I am impressed at what they caught. I get all the right stuff into my Outlook Express!
