  1. Craft Beer ?? More about the Label and the Name than what's in the Bottle. Foxy
  2. I have recently recieved a letter from BT informing me they are changing me over to BT Infinity whether I want it or not. Having had numerous Cold calls from BT on the matter I had some questions for BT reguarding certain facilities that I would require. Not being able to answer my question I was put through to their Technical Department. ?? They could not help me either. The Question I have is will I be able to use Port Forwading as I have an Iomega Home Cloud, Apache Server, and also want to set up remote Camera Security Surveilance. All of these require Ports to be opened up on the Router as I can on my present set up. Any advice would be welcome. Foxy
  3. Fasting and Binging on alternate days is a route ti developing Type-2 Diabetes. It is important for anyone to maintain a stable Blood Sugar level. Allowing blood sugar to dip you will experience fatigue, poor concentration, irritability, nervousness, depression, sweating, headaches, cravings and digestive problems. When blood sugar levels are very low, your 'pancreas' produces a hormone called 'glucagon'. Glucagon helps to balance blood sugar levels by stimulating the body to break down its fat stores and burn them for energy. When the only source of Body Fuel is Fat stores, Ketones can be produced. When fat stores are exhausted the body start to eat away vital organs. This can lead to ketoacidosis. Whilst ocassional / accidental 'Low' levels of Keytones are not dangerous, long turn build up of 'Medium- High' levels of Keytones can be life threatening. Exercising whilst De-hydrated can cauase Keytones indicated by 'Dark Urine' On days when you 'Pig Out with refined carbohydrates this dramatically increases blood sugar levels. So much so, that high blood glucose levels actually stimulate the pancreas to also release 'insulin' which turns excess glucose into body fat, for 'long-term storage'. Glucagon helps to get the body back into balance because it counters the effect of insulin by stabilising blood sugar levels and reducing appetite, sugar and carbohydrate cravings. However contant Peaks in blood sugar overloads the Pancreas as it tries to compensate with high levels of insulin.. This can lead to Pre- Diabetes. and concequently over time to Type -2 Diabetes. My Type-2 Diabetes was most probably due to this. When I was working I was doing 7 12 hour Nights grabbing ready meals when I could. Often going a day or two without food. Also working 13 hours Sat/Sun and eating / binging late at night. You should be warned about such a diet and monitor your blood sugars. If your sugar levels are irratic, you are indanger of developing Diadetes. It is not just Sugar. The worst foods are White Bread, Potatoes, most Rice. Foxy

  6. I have sat in the Bishop and outside the Bishop and watched people being caught out. The problem is there is a crossing Before the junction. So when the lights go green for the motorist and they pull forwards across the crossing and into the 'Box' and then someone turns left out off East Dulwich Grove they block the exit from the box. (Caught on Camera) If when the lights go green the driver pulls forward and stops befor the box.. they find themselves blocking the crossing. (Caught on Camera).. You cannot win.. Yet another deliberate clever ploy to catch motorists.. and Only that. Fox.

  10. Most Street food sellers on North Cross road do not have facilities to wash their hands. Also handling money / Coins and food. When I worked in the City / Borough All sandwich shops had to have someone separate to handle money. They were not allowed to handle food and take the money. Foxy

I do not have a Beer Belly. I am not Bald. (Full mouth of Teeth.... You missed that one.) I do not have tattoos. I am Educated. I do not take drugs. I am not a Yob. I must be a let down to all the other Millwall Fans. I also know some nice people who are bald, have beer bellies. Education does not always mean decent. Not all people with tattoos are yobs. Yes you are generalising.. Not even remotely accurate. DulwichFox.

Aquarius moon is absolutely right. Our normal gate is around 9,000 - 10,000 including our Visitors. Millwall has approx 6,000 Season ticket holders. I doubt if the trouble makers were S.T Holders. These are the same people that turn up at peaceful Demos and cause trouble. The same people that riot and loot shops. We had a problem at Millwall a few seasons ago with a Birmingham game.. The Trouble makers were a group of Brokers (well respected) ?? from Kent. With respect to the late Kick Off.. Wembley kept the Bar Open throughout the first half and did not stop people taking alcohol into the seating area. Fox

  21. Margaret Thatcher may be dead, BUT the damage she did to this Country is still evident.. 1. She allowed people to Buy their Council Homes. (many could only just afford to do so) Many of these homes were in a poor state of repair and the Councils wanted rid of them. 2. People then lost their jobs as many industries were closed down (Mines, Steel) 3. Homes were reposesed. 3. Rich landlords bought these homes at auctions. 4. The homes were rented out or redeveloped. As a result there is now little affordable Social Housing Stock. So now a new Tory Government has created the so called Bedroom Tax. And we all Know the current situation. More people may lose there homes. Foxy.

  23. Hi bon3yard. What operating system do you have ? at 15 months old I would assume it will be Vista unless you have upgraded to Windows 7. Also, what Anti-Virus do you run ??? Kaspersky is notorious for slowing down the system when it does it's start-up scans. You need to know what is 'Eating' up your CPU time.. Task Manager is not ideal for this.. Download Process Explorer from Microsoft. It is Free and will show you everything that is running in great detail A brilliant tool. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Process_Explorer
  24. BEWARE:- You could be fined for picking up Street Litter and placing it in a bin. David Baker, 39, of Stourbridge, West Midlands, England, was shocked when he received a fine of ?75 for putting litter he had found on the ground into a trash receptacle. Baker is known for his enthusiasm when it comes to cleaning up litter, in fact he has won awards and been featured on television programs for his litter-collecting efforts since he started his campaign to raise awareness about littering in Stourbridge six years ago. http://www.trutv.com/library/crime/blog/2012/11/05/man-fined-for-picking-up-peoples-litter-and-putting-it-in-the-trash/index.html If you Google the subject he is not alone. 25. Margaret Thatcher was bitterly opposed Germany's reunification. She divided the Nation .. She even Divided her home Town Grantham. That is why she hated the Trades Unions. A Nation that is Divided is Weak and can easily be Defeated. DulwichFox
