Yes there is a new department upstairs. The store has some lovely new lighting and has a much improved organised layout instead of the old system of clothes just piled up and on the floor. DulwichFox

My decision to vote to leave had NOTHING to do with immigration. Long before there was any inkling of Brexit I supported the idea of Turkey joining the E.U. (60 million) to the extent that way back in 2000-2002 (3 years) I went to Evening Classes to learn the Turkish Language. I was just fed up with the EU telling me I could no longer buy Potatoes by the pound. and all the other trivial rules and regulations. My vote was a protest vote. I never thought for one minute Brexit would ever actually happen. If there were to be a second referendum I would not take part. DulwichFox

Do not call this number. People who have fallen for the scam lost an average of ?1,500 The calls are computer generated and if you call back you are telling the Scammers your number is genuine. They will add your number to a suckers list and you could be inundated with more scam calls. DulwichFox

There MIGHT be a general Election. Corbyn MIGHT win. If he does he will Kiss Brexit better and everything will be Wonderful.... ... and everyone will live happily ever after. DulwichFox

There is another version of this SCAM that is a recorded/computer announcement that informs you that HMRC has issued a warrant for your arrest and you need to call a given number. DO NOT call the number. Ignore the call and make a cup of Tea. DulwichFox

I have experienced this problem several times. I contacted Royal Mail by phone. I did get a letter back apologising and saying the team (Then at Silvester Road) had been spoken to. The situation improved but since the move to Peckham the problem has re-emerged and is now worse than ever. I seem to have a different postman/woman every other week. DulwichFox

I'm ok for any date suggested. Was a great night last night. I opted for Cointreau and the Port. Foxy -

I will be back for this one. Foxy -
The Fox is taking a break from The EDF for an undetermined length of time. I will continue to update my intentions in the 'Curry Club' thread. I need to concentrate on health issues and not getting involved with trivia and drivel of the Forum. Feel free to argue amongst yourselves. I might be back in the New Year. DulwichFox

Sorry about my 'Grammar' I am an Engineer, not a Grammarian. Another thread Hi-jacked by KK and Rendel for a Grammatical error. And I certainly do not correct others for their Grammar. Fox -

Logic not one of my strong points.. ?? Thats why I spent over 35 years in telecoms fault finding on a Special Faults investigation team dealing with in depth Telecom Problems. The strange thing about Logic is that most problems are resolved by stepping outside Logic. You have to understand Logic to do so. Fox -

From this angle it would seem the car completely missed the entrance to the Road and Mounted the pavement. This keeps on happening here and elsewhere where these Bell shaped Low bollards are being used. IE Ady's Rd. Drivers cannot see them. In this case the car appears to of mounted the pavement DulwichFox -

Find me 5 posts where someone has agreed with me. That sould keep you busy. It will take you a lot longer than finding 5 posts where someone is disagreeing. Its just that most people will not openly admit to it on here. They only ever post when they disagree. Fact. Foxy -

Legalising Marijuana would bring about a Huge drop in street crime. It would help to STOP young Kids being forced to becoming Drug Mules and getting involved with gangs and weapons. It would reduce the use of seriously dangerous Drug sustitutes like 'SPICE' and other unknown substances. DulwichFox -

Carbonated water (bubbly water, fizzy water, or soda water) is water into which carbon dioxide gas under pressure has been dissolved, either by technology or by a natural geologic source. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Carbonated_water Fox -
