I joined 11/07/2010. I mistakenly thought that EDF was a bit like Twitter. and just typed 'Just Testing' to see if it was working. The thread was bombarded with abuse. and cries of Troll. ??? After nearly 8 years, Nothing has changed. :) Foxy
  3. Easily done. I just accidently deleted over 500 emails. I deleted the Emails from my ipod but they disappeared from the Yahoo server. Even Yahoo Restore was unable to retrieve them. :( Foxy
  4. I got caught up in it this morning. Absolute nightmare. Took me an hour from B&Q Old Kent to East Dulwich. Normally go through Pomroy St but got caught up on Nunhead lane closures last time so thought I'd take Peckham Bellenden Rd option. Big mistake. Foxy
  5. There are many organisations where people have Subscribed / Opted-in (Non Free) but then find it difficult to opt-out or leave. The Data Protection Act 2018 will help those people. DulwichFox

  7. Sorry to see James go. Has done a lot of good work in the area and puts himself out to help in all our enquiries. I'm having problems finding a definitive list of results that includes Dulwich and Goosegreen ward. Anyone got a link ? thank you
  8. I don't dislike Sidiq Khan. I believe his policies on Congestion, pollution and it's effect on peoples health are correct. I just think his Transport policies creates a situation where there is a shortfall. This thread is about those shortfalls with reference to the 176 route. and not about health issues. Sidiq Khan (along with T.F.L.) is responsible for these shortfalls and has reneged on his pre-electon promises about fare prices and improving our Transport systems. He lied to us. It's Sabotage in the true sense or the word. Sabourtage:- Deliberately destroy, damage, or obstruct (something), especially for political advantage. It's Nothing personal. Hope that answers all your requests to explain myself. DulwichFox

  12. To ease Traffic congestion on Lordship Lane and surrounding streets perhaps a part of the carpark could be used for a Park-and-Ride Scheme. DulwichFox
  13. All done and dusted.. My vote will make very difference. but it is a nice day and I needed a walk. All very quiet at Darrell road Polling Station. I suppose many will vote later tonight. Don't think many people really care. As Ken Livingtone once said " If voting changed anything, they'd abolish it" The title of his book of which I have a hardback copy signed by Ken. Might be worth something one day. Foxy

Knowing your previous history, DF, much as I often don't agree with you you're not that kind of person, so I'd respectfully suggest that calling a Muslim politician a saboteur is getting close to the "enemy within" rhetoric of the extreme right. I know that's not what you want to say, but it's a pretty silly thing to say, who/what is he sabotaging and why? I take extreme objection to your suggestion that my critism of Sidiq Khan had anything to do with him being a Muslim. I am well known by many of our local Muslim community, both in the restaurants and at the Local Mosque. Often stopping to chat. DulwichFox

Free Buses, Tubes and Trains (after 09.30am) out as far as boundary 6. and free bus travel in many other towns. eg Brighton and Hove. So why are you paying for Transport ? Foxy

Would I.. ? Fares don't affect me. I am old enough to have a Freedom Pass after paying for Public Transport for 60 odd years. But I am aware of how bad the Transport System has become. If Sadiq Khan wants us all to abandon our cars, then he needs to provide a reliable Public Transport system at affordable prices. Public transport is not exactly cheap. It's not safe. Its not clean. Its not reliable. They got rid of conductors years ago and saved a fortune. They stopped Drivers collecting money and forced people to buy Oyster Cards. So its money up front. ?millions. In a big pot. and its not being spent. Fox
  20. Sidiq Khan is a Saboteur. He discourages the use of private cars, introduced emission fees for some vehicles made parking virtually impossible BUT continues to degrade our Public Transport Services. DulwichFox

  24. I watch a lot of cookery programs on TV. They are always going on about Wild Garlic and Encouraging people to forage. They emphasize it's everywhere it's FREE .. Go for it. Can't say I would know where to look or what it even looks like. ?? DulwichFox
  25. If your doorbell is a Wireless type that many people use these days, then change the channel you are using. It could be that a neighbour has a similar device and is on the same frequency / channel. Check the simple things first .. DulwichFox
