House prices in East Dulwich often comes down to Individual roads. Properties on Fellbrigg, Ulverscroft, Nutfield and Archdale were once very south after. I believe the Market, M&S and other Lordship Lane outlets have increased traffic using these roads to park in. This alone makes these roads less favourable. Prices will be on the decline.

Good luck! Apart from my stock of Non-alcholic beer. I have 2 cases of Cobra and Peroni.. several small bottles of Red Wine. a Selection (8) of Liqueurs I have no urge to drink them. They are always there if I stay in and fancy a tipple. The real benefits are Finacial. Don't get the "I feel charged with energy since I gave up Drinking" Thing. Must add, Food tastes better. -
What really gets me, is the saying. "What's not to like ?' Grrrh

I dont just drink Becks Blue when I am at Home. For the last 5-6 years I have kept a Excel Spead Sheet of savings by staying in and cutting down on Alcohol. Base on 3 pints at (Currently) ?4.10 per pint .. ?12.30 a night, any underspend goes in a tin and an envelope at the end of each month. 2017 I saved ?2,007.75 It's a great way to see the benefits of cutting down / out I would strongly recommend anyone say giving up Smoking to do the same. Just see how much you would of spent. Foxy -

I'm doing Dry January. Survived 1st Week. Did it faithfully in 2016 but did not do it at all in 2017. Miss going to Pub but EDT charging ?3.50 for a bottle of Bitburger (Non-Alcoholic Beer) Case of Becks Blue Non Alcoholic Beer (15 bottles) ?6.00 from Tesco. 40p a bottle. -
I have noticed dozens of trees on my walk-abouts . Many of these are on the pavement and fully open. Surely people could get some string and tie them up like they are when they buy them.

We must get to the bottom of this and make sure it NEVER happens again.

The whole idea was to WATCH the Pasta being made through the window. People were invited to do just this. There was a counter where Pasta could be bought. So clearly operating as a shop There were tables inside where people could be seen eating especially in the evening. So clearly operating a Restaurant. I fail to see why anyone would get confused by how this place was operating.

There is a Nando's and a Bills at Bluewater. I have on several occasions tried to see what people are eating. Unfortunately there are often many people seated, but not many people actually eating.

Bad news - looks like the Gowlett is closing...

Shutters do not stop people getting in. Shutters are there to prevent windows being broken. There has to be a way back in . Front / Back door. People always going on about Business premises being left unoccupied when there are so many people on the street, homeless. Its been very cold and wet as of late and perhaps someone was desperate. Whether Squatting its right or wrong.. Looks like a case of Nimbyism in this case. -

I'm off to Millwall (South Bermondsey) on Sat 6th Jan. Trains seem to be running a normal service into London Bridge. Fingers crossed.

I suspect the benches and signs may of been removed and sold as scrap.

Wow, John mate... I will buy you a beer next time you are in.. Foxy PS. I was Turned over East Dulwich in 2006. 11.00pm ish Junction of Crawthew Grove and Lacon road. opposite Worlingham road. Came up from behind me and pushed my face into a tree. I was knocked unconscious for 10 mins ?? Face really bashed in. Had to stay off work. Took my Phone and stole my Doner Kebab. Went back to find my glasses, but no sign of them. Its one of the reasons I still no not venture off the main drag at night. 11 years on.
