When I was called I was busy at work dealing wiv a very heavy incoming (queue out of the door). To varify my own account actions "had I been online in the last 30mins" the poor online fraud woman had to first get past speaking to someone at home who directed her to my work number and then had to get past a colleague who assumed it was a sales call... I think by the time she got through to me she realised I couldn't possibly have been doing any online banking at the time.
