U might be in luck and be able to get a new one. I'm not sure on the level of Southwark's supplies but over in Lewisham and the likes they have a good shortage of bins and you have to w8 a good few months...

I always thought the Black Cherry was a busy place? what advantage is there to extending the back? -
Blimey the image uve conjured in my mind! Strangely I got totally confused wiv the term "nondoms" being thrown out from the small hole in the office which acts as the finance department office... safe to say I DO know wot it is and it's not norty!

Everyone grumbles with budget... the good and bad bits... personally (and for completely selfish reasons) I hate the day... having a helicopter circling round all is does ones head in :p
