Hard to believe this pondlife can't be identified and arrested - there are HD cameras all over the place which could be turned around and focused on any crowd section where there is racist chanting without breaching anyone's human rights etc. It's not just offensive it's a crime and lip reading has been used in the past to ID offenders.
