I gave up on rush hour ages ago and leave before 7:30am - it's just so much more pleasant and relaxing. Plus you get more done at that hour of the morning when you get in I know the downside is less time in bed but really, it's a pain getting out of bed no matter what time - why double the pain by travelling in rush hour

I took my 2year old to E&C bowling early on a Saturday morning (11:30 ish) place was quiet at that hour and she had an absolute blast - obviously they use the support aids (;ane blocks and ramp etc) but she maintained interest through whole game. Loved the space in there as well
