It's all your fault, RD! I'm not having a go at Los Yorkshire Man as he wouldn't know what groovy means in the thread title.
  2. Hugo, you need to get over your union phobia. Chippy is absolutely right in what he is saying. Not much support for the NHS Bill apart from Marmora Man and the Tories.

I've always look forward to hearing your tunes too, Quids. I love "Groovin' " by the SOS band. Is it on your SOS compilation album? Fatboy Slim means nothing to me and Black contemporary music had reached the end of its evolutionary cycle from 1989 onwards. Music these days are far too commercial, void of musical creativity.
  4. Did anyone spotted the number 12 bus?
  5. You can tell it's Rye Lane by the Jones & Higgins signage.

  7. It is Rye Lane by the corner of Hanover Park.
  8. Nothing beats playing a game of football.
  9. To give a different perspective to your question, is the life of horses less important than your entertainment?
  10. I want to know how much money Marmora Man will make once the NHS bill goes through. ;-)

It would be an interesting tustle amongst the top five teams. Man City seems to have a problem with their away record. Spurs have dominated matches but can't convert chances made. With Chelsea and Arsenal both capable enough to pull a string of results to qualify for Champions League. City has a better goal difference that Utd, so a run of nine wins and a draw may be enough for them. There are still enough twists for the Premiership race.
  12. Man City always seems to struggle whenever Kompany is out of the side. Anyway, the Premiership is still in Man City hands if they can win all of their games. Cor blimey, I didn't realise Man City had cry baby fans.

Liverpool record under Roy Hodgson 10 wins out of 20 got him the sack. ?20m spent. Liverpool record under Dalglish 10 wins out of 27. ?100m spent.
  16. Does this station play 'do they know it's Christmas'? Whatever happened to Radio 1?
  17. Whitecross Street market for good street food. +1 for Brixton market. However, one African trader got very suspicious as I made a note on a possible purchase.

If Arsenal can sort out their dodgy defence then they could well be premiership champions within the next two years.
  20. Wait till Messi reaches his peak. Now that's scary.
  21. Good picture. In those days, Quids, music was the only drug you needed.
