  1. No anti-EU parties? You're joking. Those that matter in the Tories and Labour are very much anti-EU. Labour got my vote in the last GE because they appeared at the time to offer the best option of reversing Brexit. Well I was taken in by it as were many others. The only value of voting on a National issue in the locals is to send the main parties a message nationally. I'm happy to lose the right to moan. Many EU citizens and others are losing a lot more. Besides, I usually vote for the Lib Dems locally anyway.
  2. I will vote for the pro EU parties and I hope lots of other people do too.
  3. As a matter of interest how would they have taken the bike away?
  4. Hi James, their is a water leak underneath the footpath on Grove Vale near the junction with Melbourne Grove. It's been there well over a week. It's a shame for so much water to be wasted. Would you please check out if this is going to be dealt with? Secondly,I watched a report on TV recently of what Chelmsford Council have been doing with their recycling. They have been exporting it to Hong Kong and Poland. In both cases the recycling was left too long to be of any use and would end up in landfill. What do Southwark Council do with our recycling?
  5. I'm puzzled. What do they do with the items after scanning them, if they don't pack them? Where else is there to go?
  6. Interesting unanswered questions posed by the Russian Embassy: https://www.rusemb.org.uk/fnapr/6443
  7. Ok. So who has been reincarnated? The style (or lack of it) is familiar.

Why is Adam Boulton in the S/Times a better source of information? http://yournewswire.com/uk-blocks-russias-un-security-council-statement-on-skripal-poisoning-probe/
  9. Well done to RC again, who pipped RD. Probably for alphabetical reasons!
  10. https://sputniknews.com/europe/201803151062548477-un-uk-russia-skripal-resolution/ So, what's the UK Govt not telling us?
  11. Last round and it may all depend on who can predict all 3 correctly. Saturday 12.30 Italy v Scotland 14.45 England v Ireland 17.00 Wales v France

    Brexit View

Chris Grayling on QT from Dover last night said there won't be any checks post Brexit on vehicles departing the UK. How does that work then? Appears to be a blatant lie.
  13. Perfect timing for the release of a year old video, though I'm told the bit about the Irish was taken out of context. He had exchanged some 'banter' with someone from Ireland during the procedures. I quite like Eddie,so far.

Like you say he is pretty much assured of victory. I don't think that explains the timing of it and I'm not sure who exactly he is reminding of how he handles things. Why the UK? If anything it should show the UK how much it needs to be part of the EU in terms of not being isolated. And that I'm sure is not part of Putin's agenda.
  15. Anyone got a theory on the timing of this attack? Why now? The guy has been in the UK for years. Interesting article from last year attached. http://www.independent.co.uk/news/world/europe/russia-diplomats-deaths-theories-putin-kremlin-a7602201.html
  16. Don't know rendel. Backing England might do the trick if they were to win :-)
  17. One Round remaining.........
  18. I quite like how Italy have been scoring tries and with Wales making a lot of changes they might have a chance. Given how France lost to Ireland it would have been cruel if they lost yesterday as a result of that silly kick. they nearly did.
  19. I'm so happy to be the only one to have picked France to win. This time tomorrow I may be less happy to have been the only one to have picked Italy to win....
  20. So OP, does who is the busiest satisy you as being a good arguement?
  21. Round 4 starts tomorrow: Saturday Ireland v Scotland 14.15 France v England 16.45 Sunday Wales v Italy 15.00
  22. Seems Billericay have now lost 4 games in a row. Hopefully that run will continue as they have games in hand.
  23. Yeah. It's disgusting and petty and I hope no one pays attention to it.
  24. Well done Bhoy. Only one to get all 3 correct. Leaderboard
