Boring is an offence in rugby. An erstwhile Irish hooker Ken Kennedy was once spoken to by the ref who said 'Kennedy you're boring'. Kennedy replied,'you're not too exciting yourself ref'.

I got really lucky with France. More of the same today though I won't be too worried if I get one of my predictions wrong! Always a dilemma when there are two sporting events on at the same time that you want to watch. At least you could watch the first half of the rugby unhindered as with the 2nd half of the footie. That leaves you with a half to decide on. There's no end of season get together planned. Not all the participants live here I'm pretty sure.

Not a good week for those of us who picked Scotland.

Scotland seemed to panic after about 10 minutes yesterday. Didn't think it would be so one sided. Ireland nearly blew it but kept their best play till the end. French defence was good but Ireland just didn't look like scoring a try.

Me too. Looking forward to plenty of good games. Wales v Scotland is often a classic.
