  1. Our Keef always was super cool
  2. an inspirational burst
  3. If you swim in cold water as in tooting bec lido, you use far more calories than a heated pool. Haven't a clue how many though. 18 lengths and you have done a mile as it's one hundred yards long.
  4. In dreams - Roy Orbison
  5. I used to read the articles on who built east dulwich and the derbyshire names (mr bailey the builder from derby). Then I found this forums address in it, soooooo I cant knock it!
  6. Keef coined it first
  7. Asset dear, I am a grumpy old man and I love to see mums and their offspring, even though I have no desire to look after little ones again, I love to see them around knowing that they are someone else's responsibility.
  8. The whistling in my ears has gone. Finally, a cure for tinnitis.
  9. extirpation:- act of doing away with, abolition, cancellation, eradication. I fear PGC that there are many more in the coming months, who will savour similar taste during extirpation years 2009-14. My first teetering steps into property were a disaster, and took several (5) years to get back to zero debt, but I fortunately did not have dependents at that time in my life. One thing you can guarantee about life, it changes, and you eventually get back to normality within a few years of being in the 'wastelands of extirpationville'. But as you rightfully say PGC it leaves a lasting foul taste, plus the odour of burnt finger ends, and the remaining ordure in the mind. I have the greatest sympathy for all who have travelled this most miserable of life's routes.
  10. I would rather know and/or recognise the loonatic fringe so I may be able to avoid them. I have no wish to look for trouble but as they say fore warned is fore armed. Haven't a clue what it means!
  11. It seems that property is no longer considered to be the economy, realistically it never was, it seems like banking is, so that's alright then. We can sleep soundly in our beds knowing that all is well, nothing to see here.
  12. As it's part of his history, some from the other party are bound to dig around to find everything possible about him, aren't they?

  14. Well it is the twenty first century and things are fairly liberal these days, noooo not so very wrong, but have you had confirmation from lil' moosling, I think he should be consulted over his ready brek and before the rusk course.
  15. Enjoyed being called a "total tool"
  16. Full Sun.
  17. Some hang out in the cafe attached to the church in Barry rd opposite the plough
  18. A year or two ago I had a dalliance with a very slim lady and she had smallish fun bumps, and she said she disliked being sooooo small up top. I said "So if you had a magic wand what size would you choose"? She replied " to have enough cleavage to hold a platinum credit card". A good answer I thought, and amusing too.
  19. If there were stocks on Goose Green (like I have suggested on previous posts) they would all be put there for a few days and the community could hit back in a socially approved way. It could stimulate new local businesses, rotten egg and tomato suppliers for example would clean up. It would make us all feel so much better if we could issue some payback to the local miscreants. We would all know the punishment was fitting the crime, and justice would be seen to be done. The money raised could go to rehousing them and they would be released as soon as there was sufficient money to look after them, having of course paid out the compensation to the people who had suffered any indignities metred out by them. We could hire Keefs band, and give Bon3yard a stall to sell his gourmet snacks, it would be a national ed holiday. We could have a bonfire, it's always nice to see a blaze. A win win situation, with all the visiting from out of towners spending their hard tourist currency. I might run for mayor of ED next year, ......Boris beware.
  20. Pretty woman - Roy Orbison
  21. Sorry Sean. It's called 'gilding the lily', I am obviously suffering from short term memory loss.
