It all looks a bit odd - Gove is one of the best and certainly most radical of them IMO but not especially liked. I think that Mick is probably right on this DC, or at least it part explains. I think Gove is with Cameron's ship so he wants to help keep Cameron in which will require a GE Win whatever . Gove (and Hague) can do a lot more to aid this without significant portfolios....if they are not the next govt by majority or coalition then I think Cameron goes...I also think Osbourne will throw his hat in early. The only odd thing is that Gove isn't a posh boy and whilst that's got nothing to =do with him moving - it is a bit weird given the tories vulnerability on this.

Pretty pleased with West Ham's business thus far.......not sure how much BFS should take any credit *assuming they get the two they are after right now

What DaveR said. As a parent I've liked almost all of the reforms he's bought in and the decent ones that Labour bought in that he's kept going. The fact that many teachers seem to hate him was just a bonus as far as I was concerned. As my son got told off for 'asking too many questions' last week , when they weren't on strike obviously, I'm all for reform and accountability.

You can't do anything about your DOB, you can move

ie we are more open and less jingoistic than all them bleedin' foreighners :)

Very intteresting but if you look at the data collection methodology that they used it could be hypothesised that it shows that Britain (inc Wales, Jocksetc)was more engaed and interested in OTHER teams OTHER than just England, so were making comments on more games other than the ones featuring England......

anyone of any gender, race or sexual preference can choose to live in London (or out of London) so this is nothing to do with Equal Opportunities.....

I think this German team will become 'great' and it was a massive achievement to win in South America to put them on the way but generally some weak teams and/or displays

I am with you Otta. i am sure it would have been impartial but you can't have any doubt. Fooking bonkers decision to appoint here in the first place..... but then Mr Cameron is getting a bit of a rep for not doing much due dilligence on his employees :)

Retail space for creative use is likely to increase so there will be more 'supply' Demand.....A fad Jeremy, really? Festivals, outdoor events, streetmarkets have grown massively big 'customers'People are used to it, people have less time to fit multiple activities in, trends spraed downwards, there's been 'pop up' food of sorts for years when demand demanded it - outdoor sports, late night kebab vans/chip vans/, roadsie trailers...even Mr Whippy is a version in away :) ; but the food and variety available has expanded to match change in tastes. The ultra trendyness may go but a fad? You're joking, it's here to stay.

Cool right wing free thinkers such as the, er, BBC? And framing people who don't toe (!) the Party Line as not caring about life now that's proper unpleasant Framing

Sorry, Otta, I was moving into 'you lot' territory...there are a few of us who don't tow the party line

PS The fraud Chomsky and the idiot Fisk as reliable witnesses to Israel's evilness....lol

Well i'm more with Steveo than the rest of you...apparently the Palestinian PR is doing a great job. hamas has no intention to ever negotiate or come to a compromise with Israel it wants them - the Jews - out Full Stop. They happily fire rockets into Israel in the direct knowledge that it will end up with dead palestinian children, indeed they actually want that..... the simplistic, anti-Israeli party line fed by Hamas is readily taken up.......It's a mess with both sides culpable, but the simplistic anti-isareli position is, at best, simplistic and sometime smacks of something altogether more sinister.......

But then there's this thing called 'idealism', normally well meaning but also normally unpragmatic tosh held by those for whom the implications of their 'idealism' has no little or no effect on their, the holders, lives

Yup, I'm sure that's the exact logic that inspired steve Job and anyother visionary nerd you could name.* *I hope the sarcasm dripped out* Let's get this pushing thing mastered before we think about those round wheely things
