Tony, not all true - ?200 on Rangers would reduce losses for certain to ?120.. or ?60 if Celtic won surely?
  4. bet on Rangers or lay Celtic is the easiest option to reduce your loss...but still gonna take a loss. Potentially, You could also do some actual match betting on both fixtures thinking about how the various potential outcomes effect your position...but that depends on the odds and may have to be done in inplay. Or you could have faith in the Bhoys!! ;-)
  5. They try it on all the time - it's licensed banditry, no skins off their nose if illegally given tickets get scrapped but in many cases people are intimidated by the escalating fines and threatening letters and pay up and the warden get their commission...of course, non-car owners in the anti-brigade ( *coughs, Hugenot and Sean) think they are doing a public service by giving out illegal tickets and have no conception about the sharp practices employed by these maggots. If you're in the right fight it, and complain to your councillor...
  6. if it's drugs, I'm Gillian Watson...unless you're plod then it's nothing to do with me

  9. Part Of The Union (Ford/Hudson) Fazz Music Now I'm a union man Amazed at what I am I say what I think That the company stinks Yes I'm a union man. When we meet in the local hall I'll be voting with them all With a hell of a shout It's out brothers out And the rise of the factory's fall. Oh you don't get me I'm part of the union You don't get me I'm part of the union You don't get me I'm part of the union Till the day I die, till the day I die. As a union man I'm wise To the lies of the company spies And I don't get fooled By the factory rules 'Cause I always read between the lines. And I always get my way If I strike for higher pay When I show my card To the Scotland Yard This what I say. Oh you don't get me I'm part of the union You don't get me I'm part of the union You don't get me I'm part of the union Till the day I die, till the day I die. Before the union did appear My life was half as clear Now I've got the power To the working hour And every other day of the year. So though I'm a working man I can ruin the government's plan Though I'm not too hard The sight of my card Makes me some kind of superman. Oh you don't get me I'm part of the union You don't get me I'm part of the union You don't get me I'm part of the union Till the day I die, till the day I die

  11. Everyone in the WRose queue is a self-hating, Guardian reading, pinko, with more money than sense and will eventually be murdered in their beds by the the thugs who they sent on Adventure holidays after their first mugging offence rather than giving them the 20 years incarceration they deserved

  14. Romeo & Juliet has some softening in its tragedy in the purity and innocence of their love ?Why should a dog, a horse, a rat, have life, And thou no breath at all?? Now that's awful, heartfelt, self inflicted pain at its unconsolable depth from Lear...nothing but bleakness left there Edited cos i can't spell tragedy
  15. Tennyson...on death All Things will Die Clearly the blue river chimes in its flowing Under my eye; Warmly and broadly the south winds are blowing Over the sky. One after another the white clouds are fleeting; Every heart this May morning in joyance is beating Full merrily; Yet all things must die. The stream will cease to flow; The wind will cease to blow; The clouds will cease to fleet; The heart will cease to beat; For all things must die. All things must die. Spring will come never more. O, vanity! Death waits at the door. See! our friends are all forsaking The wine and the merrymaking. We are calldwe must go. Laid low, very low, In the dark we must lie. The merry glees are still; The voice of the bird Shall no more be heard, Nor the wind on the hill. O, misery! Hark! death is calling While I speak to ye, The jaw is falling, The red cheek paling, The strong limbs failing; Ice with the warm blood mixing; The eyeballs fixing. Nine times goes the passing bell: Ye merry souls, farewell. The old earth Had a birth, As all men know, Long ago. And the old earth must die. So let the warm winds range, And the blue wave beat the shore; For even and morn Ye will never see Thro eternity. All things were born. Ye will come never more, For all things must die.
