To me, W Dulwich feels very quiet and isolated, I wouldn't fancy living there. But others like the larger houses and leafy streets. Depends what your priorities are, I suppose.

Early classics like summer/winter games, attack of the mutant camels, rollerball... through to R-Type, International Karate+, Hawkeye, Batman The Movie, Turrican. And of course the Last Ninja games which finally pushed the platform to the limit.

They're being singled out because the case is already high profile, and as usual people are falling over themselves to show how terribly 'right on' they are. Picturehouse are small fry, there are loads of huge huge businesses in London who pay minimum wage. Lazy.

Numbers, I think malumbu was saying that she is guilty of parenting which could also sometimes be seen as amusing. I.e. "I'm laughing at us, not at them". But I've always found the yummy mummy term a bit off, like there's an implication that as soon as you have a child you should ditch your mates and replace your wardrobe.

I've tried listening to arcade fire, I really have. But I just find the songs so boring. They might be good at making original sounding stuff, but that doesn't do it for me. Death Cab... Photo Album is one of my all time favourites but later stuff is elevator music really.

urehouse won't be the only chain in ED. Do the pub chains, supermarkets, GBK etc pay LWW? Don't understand why picturehouse are being singled out.

TBH I have nothing particularly against shops selling gifts and trinkets, it's just that we already have three or four of them. But in answer to JDR's point... if they already have a shop in Spitalfields then surely rent in ED is unlikely to be too high.

As much as I'm fond of France... the beer is far far better East and North of the border.

Problem is, lots of pubs don't like showing boxing because they don't think it gels well with sea bass on a bed of tabouleh, with a cheeky glass of sauvignon blanc. But there seems like a good chance one of the dingier places might show it.

So... who's up for watching Froch/Groves 2 at a local pub? Surely somewhere must be showing it? Biggest domestic fight in a generation, etc.

Yes, really! Anywhere can have an off day. I think their pizzas are just fine. I've no problem with slightly unconventional toppings. Leek and pea shoot sounds quite inoffensive to me.
