Interesting idea, but not a "good" one, to be brutally honest... for the following reasons: -You can pay cash with self-checkout -Cards might be stolen or borrowed -As far as I know, there is no mechanism for the bank to relay the age of the cardholder to the point-of-sale. It's not part of the "protocol".
