Hi All, I have been in contact with Jellybeanz who is no longer organising a meet up due to a change in circumstances. It would be a shame not to take their great idea and organise an informal meet-up for the kids (and parents) so I would like to suggest Sunday 25th July 2-4pm at Dulwich Park on the green outside the playground by the table tennis tables. (This should give us space and allow kids to play in playground or run around/play football etc). I'm not able to organise anything particular but I thought at least if we have a date and time we can just turn up and they can get on with it? If anyone wants to organise more, feel free! Please PM if you plan to come.
Has anyone had any local experience? My 14yr old is asking to join. There seem to be lots of groups not sure which one to apply to...Any advice welcome.
Hi, With Covid GCSE assessments now done my 16yr old now has 3months break until A-levels. Any ideas or schemes, internships, work, volunteering for this age group very welcome!
You could also look into getting a good team of private caters in to look after him at home - It ends up costing a similar amount but means they can stay at home.
Yes, I would definitely be prepared to feel rough for a few days - flu symptoms and headaches. I was glad I had been recommended to take paracetamol beforehand but it all passes..
Yes, I agree Rahrah, Lordship Lane is the equivalent to the village road and is being turned into an extension of the south circular....shifting all traffic onto fewer roads isn?t solving a problem it is creating massive problems...
Has anyone else managed to book a vaccination at The Tessa Jowell Centre online or is this centre only used for people specifically invited there? We live very close and so it would be my preference but it never seems to be listed... Thanks
