  1. Went to Sainsbury's local on lordship lane this morning to get some milk for my parents. Just about got 2 bottles. The shelves were empty. When I left the store at 8 am the delivery lorry pulled up. Went back in at 1pm and the shelves were still empty. Looks like nobody had bothered to restock. Same with M&S food hall, lots of crates waited to be emptied and put on shelves, but no staff restocking.
  2. Caz. I feel for you. Im just suggesting that car parks be closed to the abled, not the disabled.
  3. Thank you for your kindness.
  4. Good call.
  5. Could someone please explain to me why fresh fruit and vegetables are non existent in Sainsbury's. If someone contracts conorovirus, if you are otherwise fit and healthy, you will spend maximum 14 days indoors. You will feel so I'll that you won't want to eat. I've had flu and pneumonia twice. Believe me, food will be the last thing on your mind. Stop now with the useless stockpiling. Instead, look out for the elderly and infirm.
  6. Lynne, my point exactly. Close the car parks to anyone but the disabled. Problem solved. No
  7. Close supermarket car parksapart from disabled bays. This is the only way to stop this selfish "panic " buying. Sainsbury's at DKH this morning, I only went in to buy cat food, there were only a couple left on tt shelf. It looked like Armageddon. If people couldn't take their cars, there would only be so much they could carry. Marks and Spencer on lordship lane was fully stocked because they have no car park, and parking on the lane is very limited. Before you all jump on me, no I don't drive, I took the bus to Sainsbury's.
  8. Just a thought. If supermarkets closed their car parks it would stop panic buying. All the while people can roll up in their cars and strip shelves, they will. Try carrying 6 months worth of shopping home. Just a thought.
  9. So the elderly have to queue outside at 7am and run around to get their shopping done by 8am before the vultures arrive!
  10. Angelina, and you're proud of this? Lots of random stuff...so, nothing you needed? It's not a competition to see who can waste the most money. Please donate all of your excess, unneeded purchases to a local food bank.
  11. These utterly selfish morons need to spare a thought for the elderly who are soon to be contained for 4 months. It's an "I'm alright Jack, stuff everyone else" society. People's true colours are showing big time right now.
  12. This is another scaremonger post. First it was a man in Dulwich park playground by himself, now a Diliveroo driver parked up, minding his own business. Maybe he wanted a break. Maybe he was tired. How dare anyone put innocent people at risk by their own insecure judgements. Think before you post.
  13. Me too. Happy to help anyone. If there are any pensioners who can't find there usual items I would be more than happy to source these.
  14. Penguin68 do you deny that Corbyn is an IRA sympathiser? Whilst I agree that the graffiti was disgusting, I've not seen one post on here, ever, condemning the Asian grooming gangs which are predominantly against white girls. Racism is a two way train.
  15. Yes, totally agree. By the look of it, it won't be long before someone is majorly hurt by this person. Please be on the lookout people, and take care.
  16. Before anyone has a go at my spelling: schoolboys, oiks, people
  17. Does anyone remember that public school it in Spain a couple of years ago? Absolutely wonderful until he had a drink then his true self came out. Calling people oils and lowlifes, laughing at peihe considered lower than himself. He hid his true feelings well, until the drink loosened his tongue and he showed his true racist, snobby colours of
  18. Thank you. So a whistling man gets an abso, but nothing done about violence.
  19. Bob, my parents keep getting these calls. Their Ages are 92 and 91. They don't know what Amazon is. Don't have internet, mobile phones or anything to do with this century. It therefore can't be an inside job. Just scumbags randomly calling people with the hope that they may "strike lucky".
  20. This man threw a cup of hot coffee in a ladies face today in Peckham rye park and knocked an elderly man to the ground. I didn't witness it personally, but my friend did. Once again, police have been informed. Also once again, there seems to be no police presence. The lady who had hot coffee thrown in her face reported it to the park office and was told there's nothing they can do.
  21. Yes. These inconsiderate people having accidents, being stabbed, ruining our lives. How dare they call the emergency services.
  22. I saw the police detaining some men alongeast Dulwich grove around 1pm. There were about 4police cars and an unmarked police van.
  23. Gosh. With everything that goes on around here your first post in a year is about kids riding scooters to school. What about posting about burglaries, motorbike theft, muggings, car theft. Identitytheft, the cost of living, etc
  24. Good luck with that! Sorry but you cant delete your previous comment, like you have with previous posts
