Wow MM, you don't rate the treble? you have gone down in my estimations. I think the treble and the unbeaten Arsenal season are two of the best acheivements we will ever see. I think the Lisbon Lions did amazingly well and it was a good first for a a UK side but, as has been said, if they wanted true greatness it needed to be repeated. I actually think that Aberdeen's Cup Winners cup win almost matches it when you consider the stature of the team and I'd probably put Villa and Forest up there with them too.

Not worried MM. I think Arsenal will lose Fabregas in Jan and will be as bereft as Liverpool are without Alonso. Even if they don't I don't think they have what it takes to grind out results in the next few months.

I think a fit and physical Liverpool side should beat Arsenal this afternoon. I knew United were going to struggle as soon as Radio 5 started spouting those 'it's been 20 odd years since Villa beat United at OT' blah blah blah. Still, we should be better over Christmas!

What I don't understand is how you didn't find out if the bike was damaged when you had the accident? Did you hit them, jump up and run off?

10 min miles is fine with me. I usually do between 8 and 10 min miles depending on distance. I won't be going over half marathon distance this year but did London last year. I've got a ten mile race first weekend in Jan so it might be worth hooking up in the new year. I'll drop you a PM.

I might be up for that! I need some motivation. What's your slow to medium pace?
