  1. Photograph would not be proof anyway - anyone could call it a fake for the slightest reason. If the proof the CIA/USA used was DNA testing, then publish the results of the DNA test, if proof is REALLY needed. Alternative, just wait for when OBL next makes a video commentary on the state of play / imbecility of the West
  2. No it was easy to think the place was locked. I walked all the way along to main entrance having seen padlock, but from inside, upon closer inspection, the padlock was just attached to the gate ironwork rather than the bolt mechanism itself.
  3. ...in which case the body secured by special forces will pong quite a bit !!
  4. The gate was open, I saw many people make the mistake of seeing the huge padlock and assuming the gate had been locked, including myself, but it was actually open.
  5. Due to its contamination by plutonium isotopes, the village of Pripyat cannot be inhabited for another 24,000 years: Town will be empty a long time That's a lot of keep out signs to maintain.
  6. Chernobyl pics Interestingly, "the area around the Chernobyl plant will not be safe for human habitation for up to 900 years". Also, the Ukraine govt. is trying raise funds to build a structure to surround the ageing sarchophagus around reactor 4.
  7. I would love to get some of this veg (especially bulk tomatoes) but have no growing capability. I can however swap puree consisting of tomatos blended with ginger and green chilli, ready for use in Indian curries, each portion is enough for curry for 2 people. I can provide curry recipes to use the curry puree in.
  8. Well if they are not more accomodating they're refraining from raising it on EDF as a subject for discussion.
  9. For good South Indian food i recommend the Banana Leaf, near Croydon. Banana Leaf Also, the Sri Lankan place behind Buckingham Palace, called Sekara.
  10. interesting comment, he never turned his back on his opponent, was making Khan miss and was by the look of things trying to slow Khan down by tiring him. I heard a report that he said to the Doctor he didn't want to continue, but that doesn't fit his outrage when the fight was stopped by the ref ! SCSB79 - How do you think McKloskey appeared to NOT want to continue ?!
  11. I think I saw this wagon this morn at 0600 parked on Goodrich Rd, between Landells and Crystal Palace Roads.
  12. Slightly shocked at the way the Khan fight was stopped, there was a cut (from head clash) to McKloskey, there was blood dripping into his eye, but the corner never got a chance to work on it. The doctor saw the cut and stopped the contest immediately. Not a shocking cut though. Given the fact that there are some real magician cut men and McKloskey was not hurt and was still very much in the fight, it's a disappointing end to the contest. McKloskey is fuming, fans are fuming, Khan will never offer a re-match. Unfinished business IMO. BTW I'd like to see Robert Helenius to face Tyson Fury.
  13. I think the Khan fight is on Primetime Internet PPV for anyone who hadn't got Sky access. Helenius has a long way to go, there's so little talent at HW that any promise is regarded as next best thing. He hits hard but is hittable, needs defence working on, can't rely on long arms.

AT LEAST 21 YEARS THAT I KNOW OF.
  15. Peeing around tour property may well work, a friend of mine seemed to have results with that. So now you can be kept up by the foxes shagging in next door's garden instead. Result.
  16. This isn't exactly a sighting, but I found out that Joe Jackson used to live in the council flats on Dog kennel Hill, in fact that's where he composed 'One More Time' on a piano there, around 1978.
  17. Right that's it. I'll go and sleep in the van outside Sue's and TCVM can stay at my house and park his Beamer outside. Can't get fairer than that !!
  18. fascist, classist, ageist, may as well chuck-in sexist, to complete the kaleido-puzzle !! BTW - CTVM if you wanna park outside my house gimme a PM, there's a speedbump (a bit noisy at night) right there but if you're OK with that I don't see a problem. On CP road.
  19. yeah it's a nightmare the last couple of weeks, if you're coming from forest hill you can't turn into crystal palace rd or landells rd for the long queue of traffic stretching back from the lights.

  21. Dragging it back onto topic........... heave.....
  22. What ? Not only murdering rubbish-dumping aliens but ALSO from Outer Space, not the local, Inner Space, kind ? Look here, that's taking things too far e-dealer, you need to get a grip, man. Get a grip I tell you !
  23. I wonder if TCVM hires out the van ? One could have great fun parking in areas that are 'up their own bottoms' and waiting a day before logging onto local forums to see who's freaked-out. Possibly could get by on a few dinner offers before having a blow-out party and leaving / being run out of town for the next postcode. One could hold 'open day at hippie travelling van' evenings; "Come see a genuine van dweller couple in their original surroundings, watch them eat food made in the van and even hold a van party, complete with pounding boom-box and illegal substances'.
