That would imply it reverts to the freeholder after June (and I note your last paragraph :) ). -

It seems (from what I can see) that he does own the freehold but a 2nd party owns a long term lease and that was sublet to the tenant on a lease (30 years?) that expires this year. I may be wrong. -
Such a Soubry comment (by Anna Soubry) ?I?m not leaving the Conservative party. It has left me,?

Matt Hancock just now "There will be enough medicines if everybody does what they need to do" Matt Hancock April 2019 "There aren't enough - None of you did what you needed to do" He really has a knack of inspiring confidence this guy :)

"But former Militant firebrand Derek Hatton, readmitted to Labour 30 years after being expelled, branded the seven ?pathetic?." Okay - I've entered a time loop and I'm back in the 80s aren't I.

Looks like Boles has been/will soon be deselected. There's a Leave campaign to deselect using the same facebook methods as the referendum to do this to a number of MPs. He should resign from the Tories and keep the seat until the next general election IMHO.

23rd March - ?Put It To The People March? - central London

Anyway with this march days before Brexit nerves will be strained. There's been some intra-remain squabbles recently apparently. -

Walked past yesterday and only one person in. I almost joined them to make it two but popped in the Gowlett instead :)

How did the Trump thread drop to page 5 when he says things like "THE RIGGED AND CORRUPT MEDIA IS THE ENEMY OF THE PEOPLE" See, we've just got used to it.

The issue is what is the default if the public say No - many want to remain as is now in that case. -

LOL I think I just saw Jim's 1 star review (you have to add it would be zero stars if that was allowed) I gave a one star yesterday for inappropriate comments (not saying which pub - not in the area)

A march is not undemocratic. You can march for almost anything you want to show what you support - that's freedom. Many on the march are trying to persuade the powers that be a soft Brexit is a better compromise option - many want to express their feelings of loss and grief. Nothing in the original post is undemocratic even from a leavers point of view IMHO. -

Only announced a few days ago. Needs support but will be ignored by the government and maybe the media. Maybe a few who go on politics shows can talk it up :) -

I've noticed a difference already I'm sad to say - even in the liberal parts of London. Heard a comment from someone on Saturday that I thought was left behind in the 80s.

Pain in the a**e. It's the knife being carried that worries me most. It's just giving ammunition to those who after March will be asking for a curfew for the under 25s. -
LOL Somehow this gives me a feeling of Schadenfreude https://www.standard.co.uk/news/world/philip-hammonds-trade-trip-to-china-not-going-ahead-amid-fury-at-gavin-williamson-threat-to-deploy-a4068711.html

The ultra right wing brexiteers causing trouble in Haymarket today apparently if anybody feels like avoiding it. Such idiots and to contrast the children had their march yesterday which was pretty peaceful I guess being as they're children :).
