  1. No sign of her resigning yet. I can't help thinking of the affair in Wales (Carl Sargeant killing himself and Carwyn Jones resigning "at the end of the year"). That never really had the same level of media coverage in England. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Carl_Sargeant

It That's the "Get Steve Bray" part of the bill - he had an amplifier in yesterdays tweet :) I remember one guy protested in a tent (about the war) all they way through Blairs PMship and then Gordon Brown had him removed within days.
  3. Oh sorry - I forgot Cummings and Caine were sacked - but that was by Carrie.
  4. He chose brexit loyalists above talent for his cabinet - and I don't think anybody has been sacked whatever they do.
  5. There are some keyboard shortcuts - CTRL+TAB will cycle through tabs for instance. Might be worth trying some out before actually doing it :)
  6. If you press F11 at startup you may be able to restore to an earlier setting without a mouse using recovery mode (not tried doing this)
  7. I felt like this when my phone got stolen. I ended up getting insurance (14 per month) and of course nothing has happened since. Maybe house contents insurance covers it - worth checking.
  8. Long time ago (when I did this) devices used to be found in device manager as "unknown device" or a device that is not working. Maybe upgrading the device driver or removing and re-scanning anything like that would help. Just checked mine and there's also "view"->"show hidden devices" - might show up something ?

Cans are 330 or 440 ml Unless you get the Brewdog ones made in Columbus Ohio which are 12 fluid ounces.
  10. Committee stage still to come I think but it will pass - you can submit to the committee still though https://committees.parliament.uk/committee/93/human-rights-joint-committee/news/152774/police-crime-sentencing-and-courts-bill/
  11. Heres a master link http://policeauthority.org/metropolitan/scrutinies/stockwell/index.html Many subsequent investigations were about untruths spread - about him running and wearing bulky clothing etc. Stockwell 2 is the one that started investigating the untruths.

  13. Enjoying a few pints of Ghost Ship (it's not very Irish but it'll do)
  14. Well this guy seemed to be a bit of a wide boy and is still commenting in the media :). https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Andy_Hayman
  15. Engineer, technician, administrator, specialist I've seen these used for very similar jobs/roles.
  16. The moment her bill gets passed I expect 100 officers to descend on Steve Bray. Whether you agree with him or disagree - his existence proves you can protest at the moment.
  17. I always walked to Melbourne Grove - not sure how far up the hill from LL the new surgery is as only past it on the bus but no doubt it's doable - will time myself approx if I do so I know how long.
  18. I was being flippant, some have obviously stayed and I met one - he just said he's here for good - I got the feeling going back was worse. I suppose you have to look at why people came to UK in the first place - opportunities, liberal government, freedom.
  19. 37 bus for me when I go down for my blood pressure - I think maybe only those who need to should drive. It's not a joke that it goes up if you get stressed is it - so no stress for me.
  20. Pritti Patel now says it was infiltrated - and she had a conversation with the commissioner on Friday. Maybe she should publish that conversation ?

Anyone remember we kept some of the old currency after decimalisation - the florin became a 10p, the shilling 5p and the sixpence was 2.5p for a while.
  22. To be serious a lot of EU workers I knew (bar staff etc.) have gone back to EU so won't be able to answer your question (the manager of the pub opposite my work told me her entire workforce left around xmas 2019).

Positives - none Done :)
  24. I couldn't give someone a good kicking - but I'm sure there are organisations you could pay to do it for you (sarcasm) (I don't believe in that sort of revenge attack - I would inform their employers if I got a name however)
  25. Ah here we are - on the autism web page but not on the hospital web page. Parking: A few parking spaces are available at the center (East Dulwich Grove entrance). Please remember to enter your number plate details in reception for free parking. https://www.londonearlyautismdiagnosis.com/how-to-find-us-tjhc
