  19. Petty embezzlement you say Huguenot, were not talking about a few pints from the petty cash tin on a friday this runs in to thousands and a lot of the claims are higher than the average salary in britain. http://news.bbc.co.uk/1/hi/uk_politics/8039273.stm Huguenot Wrote: ------------------------------------------------------- > Sometimes I wonder if AfN copies insults used on > other websites because they sound good, rather > than because they're relevant ;-) > > "maybe blogging at the window, wearing the face > that you keep in that organic jar by the door, > tell me Who is it for?" > > erm... what? 20. Come on ratty I know you've been acting like a @#$%& since 1970 but these people are in a very privileged position and the salary is doubled in some cases, try claiming for dog food at work or even light bulbs and see what happens. we are paying for their lavish lifestyles and the return from them is misery in the shape of stealth taxes and bailouts for the old boys club, the whole thing stinks to high heaven if you ask me, there is poverty still in existance in this country and the bastard MP's are ignoring it and robbing the working class to feed the filthy rich once again.
  21. No Quids, what we need is a porton down style chemical weapon that only targets MP's that have exploited the expense system, I recon it could be achieved with the correct genetic to memory guilt detecting technology. It would be best delivered during the state opening of parliament that way your accuracy and strike rate would be improved, with the news papers exposing all of the privileged MP's a list could be drawn up and a hair samples could be used to get the genetic codes allowing a weapon that is 100% accurate. You heard it here first.
  22. I've been working in London for about 15 years now, I worked for a PC sweatshop on Tottenham Crt RD where I cut my teeth in the IT industry. At the end of the month all the vagrants would come out in droves begging for money, after about the 3rd interaction with a street drinker trying to scrounge a few bob I thought if I carry on like this I'm gonna be as broke as them, whatever the story either whacked out on junk or a life revolving around drink you cant help some people. I really do find it intimidating when you get the ones that sit next to the cash point machine, and as soon as your money ejects from it the words "Can you spare any change" is often rambled from a wreched street urchin, in the end my reply became "Sorry I've only got a ?50 note". you become hardened to the constant whine of "can you spare any change please" I don't mean to be harsh but these people are beyond help, there is no need for any person in this country to be on the streets, I never give money to them anymore because I see it as keeping them on the streets. PS Charidy begins at home.
  23. The word I think you could be looking for is burnout, too much study and rivision can cause this, have a couple of days off if you can and then review it again, Thats what I have done in the past and it seems to work.
  24. With old woofy on your case he will have you banged up by COB today. rumour has it he's a coppers nark?
  25. Not being able to say what I really want to in fear of reprisals really gets my goat rrrrraaaahhhhhh! Being accosted by soap dodging tramps begging for money and then getting agressive with me when I apologise for not having any money on me.... There are others but I think I'll have to put up with them.
