Ewwwww. Get a room you two. Please.

Someone has been "caught" saying positive things about local businesses on the forum. I think I need to lie down. Can't you just let them have their opinions?
-
Who has been caught "red handed"? Doing what exactly?

Bob Buzzard, for me it's that special time of year when I sit around the log fire, open the vintage sherry and gaze into the eyes of my Norwegian husband and think how very lucky we are to have each other. Silly, isn't it? We don't usually get to spend much time together due to work!!!

Never thought I'd say this but I miss the Drawing Room. *shoots self after banging head against wall*

Thanks otta. Katie numbers was what the great Honaloochie used to call me and it stuck, then was shortened to numbers, for no cloak & dagger reasons. (Wonder if Hooch still reads the forum? I doubt it) Back on topic. Dan Jarvis anyone? His report on Reconnecting Labour is an interesting read. (Conclusion on page 30).

This sadly never ceases to amaze me - the staggering ignorance of those who bang on about fracking on social media and er, internet forums. As Loz and Quids say, pound for pound you get more energy from burning gas than you do with coal. Coal has more impurities so it's less thermally efficient. Basic chemistry. Fracking has replaced coal in the US. Not going to happen in China, not when they want to keep the economy going and make (more)money!

Won't someone think about the bears?!

Otta Wrote: ------------------------------------------------------- > Whilst I thoroughly believe that one is the other, > I think these posts are pointless. Oh I know you're right otta. I often agree with what you say on here(even if I don't always post to say so):)

None whatsoever. Neither does shift worker blah blah blah and his Swedish wife.

People i don't know that well who pick my spectacles up and try them on without asking. No, they don't suit you as much as they do me so fuck off.

Just think what they > could do if they are serious! Scarey huh? I thought the use of Maoist propaganda was laughable in an unfunny way. I don't think they are a credible opposition and if there's no coup and Corbyn lasts longer than a year, I'll be surprised.

Shouldn't you have had a distinguished maritime career for a sea burial though? I don't really fit into that category.

Advice on a few days city break in Europe in the summer

Are you the same poster that slated VW for emissions? -

Agree with Loz! I'd be really disappointed to receive test tube samples of wine. Don't majestic provide this sort of tasting note service for free?

The "opposition" & gimmicky Mao's red book. Laughable. *waves to sean*

I'm scared of fire too jollybaby. Yet also claustrophobic like otta. Dilemma!

Jeremy Wrote: ------------------------------------------------------- > Oh I'm with Sue too. Just don't think she should > rise to it and allow it to be dragged out. I suppose to be fair that's easier said than done*. Hard to resist taking the bait when you've been singled out on the forum, out of the blue for no reason. No wonder Sue feels weary of it. At least Sue doesn't hide behind (multiple) usernames which is more than can be said of her anonymous detractors and their bitter contributions raking up the past. *fuck you is quick & effective tho

cella Wrote: ------------------------------------------------------- > FGS Sue - give it a rest and move on. Why are you directing that to Sue? She wasn't the one banging on about bubble & squeak from YEARS ago until scotch bonnet singled her out for having the temerity to mention franklins. Absolutely no need for posts like that. Seems like sue can't post anywhere on the forum without this particular poster gleefully taking the opportunity to make unpleasant and personal remarks towards her. Go look in the lounge. People who claim not to have time on their hands, often do. Funny that.
