  1. This place is AMAZING!! It's in New Cross, but well worth the travel. http://www.prangsta.co.uk/
  2. Our fridge currently sounds like its about to take off! If you know how to quieten it down, please PM me.
  3. I always use a Man & Van via a great guy called Kevin. He's moved a shed, pallets, furniture etc for me and is reliable and cost effective. His number is: 07818 568095
  4. I need a joiner to repair a sofa arm. Nephew stood on it and it cracked in the middle. Just a patch up job on an otherwise great sofa, but probably a little fiddly. Bryan 07720 712553
  5. Best time to go looking for him is later in the evening or early morning when the streets are quieter. In the meantime, Cats have a strong sense of smell - leave out a regular blanket or bedding to entice your cat out of hiding and if your cat has a favourite toy, try leaving it in your garden. Leave a bowl of water out and a little stinky food such as tuna. Really hope you find him asap. It's really stressful when a pet goes missing.
  6. I'd recommend the same techniques for animal abusers. SpringTime Wrote: ------------------------------------------------------- > You can shoot them, gas them, use poison, trap > them or hound them down. They always come back.
  7. I use Kozan at Savoirman and he's awesome. http://www.savoirman.com/contact-information
  8. We have had nothing but great, caring service from Neighbourhood Vet. They were amazing with our terminally ill cat, and gave him a happy, comfortable end of life, and us excellent, truthful advice. This seems like a bit (*LOT) of a conjecture thread to be honest, and regarding routine medication such as flea and worm medication, you can buy these from the web at a cheaper rate, much in the same was as I can buy a bottle of beer cheaper than in a pub. With regards to unnecessary treatments, either post specifics with backed up comparisons, or this is red-carded as a whingey witch hunt. Phlox - you seem very knowledgeable about vaccines. Have you formally studied veterinary medicine? Are you a qualified practitioner? If so, which practice do you work out of? Do you have children? Are they vaccinated?
  9. Any idea what's happening at 377 Lordship Lane, next to Magic Wok? Seemed to be a flurry of development and fit out, then nothing.
  10. Recommendation and thank you to Sean of Dulwich for a great job yesterday. I needed to extend the base of my shed. Sean and his colleague did a great job preparing the site, supplying materials, laying new slabs perfectly in line with the old ones, and he even got rid of some big annoying Ivy roots. Great job, very well priced and a top bloke. Bryan
  11. Hi all Recommendations needed for someone to lay approx 12 paving slabs as a base for a new shed. If you can carry out the work, please call me or text asap on 07720 712553 Thanks Bryan
  12. I need my shed knocked down and removed. It's a wooden, 6x4ft shed. I'm happy to help demolish, but I don't have transport to remove. I'm on Lordship Lane. Please PM me or text 07720 712553
  13. Someone on Woodware Road is playing "I still haven't found what I'm looking for" by U2 with their windows OPEN!! What kind of monsters inhabit East Dulwich these days?!?
  14. I agree. Put a note with a contact number on the collar for the feeder to read. We had EXACTLY the same problem with one of my two cats before we moved here, and this was how we contacted the feeder. It's incredibly frustrating, so I feel your pain.
  15. 3 words Nic32: I. Am. Being. Sarcastic.
  16. Three words Nic32: VERY.GOOD.TURN.OVER.
  17. southeastelectric, are you joking?! You don't mess about on a deal this hot!! I dunno about you, but I don't need the projections. I'm in.
  18. Oh, please.....silence!??? Let it be so! Their mum must have come home!!
  19. Hi Sue I'm just having a tongue in cheek moan.
  20. I'm reducing my rating to 2/10. The singing goes out of tune a lot and their endings are sloppy. Guys, if you are reading this, endings are IMPORTANT. Tighten them up....somewhere else.....soundproofed. Thank you and goodnight.
  21. They must have read this. They have now been going over the same bit for of one song for 15 minutes. Goodbye productivity of working from home......FML.
  22. Could the band making an absolute racket around Beauval/Woodware Road please for the love of God wrap up!!!! There are soundproofed rehearsal spaces that are far more appropriate places to rehearse than a residential street. As a final critique, I'd give you 3/10.
