OK people so now whenever you need to fill up your tanks at Texaco - use cash! Does anyone know whether the police have investigated this? Going to start using BP garages now - at least there you can use your Nectar cards!

Ladygooner, you haven't used one of the petrol stations in ED lately have you? A while back there was rumour of a credit card copying scam at either the BP or Texaco - there were cash withdrawals made from Egypt! However not sure if entirely true.

Alternatively, go to Grissini on Abbeville Rd, Clapham. Probably the best Italian grub in Saaarf London. Having said that though I love Si Mangia too! -
*Bob* Wrote: ------------------------------------------------------- > Would anyone on here really want to own-up to > owning one? Whilst I myself don't have a brand new car, I don't see anything wrong with having one if you can comfortably afford it. If people want to splash out on a motor that's straight out of the showroom, then let them get on with it. There's nothing to feel ashamed about. Also, the 'penis extension' is usually associated with guys in Ferraris or Lamborghinis..not quite the same if you buy a brand new Fiat or Renault!

I can't believe that The Kite Runner - the best film I've seen this year - was completely overlooked in the Foreign Language category. D D lewis is very good in his film and go see In The Valley of Elah - Tommy Lee Jones was brilliant.
