About once in a blue moon I should think. Anyway, I thought we were by far the better side and at least deserved to get a point out of the game. Cracking goal by Nani though.
  2. Seriously! I don't want my pancreas exploding.
  3. In a very delicate state today. Couldn't make it down there MW74 as lots of other things happening but it sounds like you had a good time. Had a very very debauched weekend myself, periwinkled and penguin powdered. I'm feeling absolutely terrible but it was worth it. That's me off the sauce for the rest of the week.
  4. Sounds great, might just roll up there then depending on the weather.
  5. 35 quid!!! It's an outrage. I remember when cuddly Ken was in charge of the GLC you'd get regular festivals in the summer on Clapham Common or Brockwell Park and they were all free.
  6. Is this carnival free or do you have to pay to get in and how much? I take it Gaz will be in a tent.
  7. I don't know about a lynching but if one was to pop his/her head in we could point our metaphorical fingers at them and laugh like hyenas.
  8. Why is the clock going so slow today. I can't believe it's only just gone four. The next hour is going to seem like purgatory. Open the cage and let me out.
  9. Don't we all? It seems there aren't any Manure fans on this site. Maybe they're too embarrassed to admit it.
  10. A long weekend ahead..hurrah! I feel a bacchanal coming on. Roll on home time.
  11. You'll be dancing in your wellies there then?
  12. I'm afraid it's far worse than that. Put it this way, part of it involves necrophilia. I wouldn't want to mention the rest.
  13. I think that would be rather difficult MW74. It really is vile and not for repeating here.
  14. I can confirm that the great Maceo Parker is indeed playing with him. A couple of friends of mine went to see him last week or the week before and he is playing in the round at the O2. Only trouble was that they were right at the lip of the stage and Prince is so small they only really got to see him from the waist up and the bouncers were a bit heavy handed about people dancing in the aisles which I find ridiculous. How can you not want to shake your butt at a Prince concert? Anyway, he blew the roof off the sucker. If you have a spare ticket...please please please.

  16. Try Urban dictionary.com MW74. Three different variations.
  17. Probably watch in the CPT if you fancy it. Come on you Spurs!
  18. Indeed Sean and the hours can't go quick enough. I've been off the last three Fridays and it's been great. I've got a couple of colleagues here who are irritating the hell out of me. If I don't get out of here soon I may not be held responsible for my actions. Help!!! Or get me a drink pronto.
  19. A few more Bo Diddley Link Wray Johnny Cash George Jones Hank Williams Jack Nicholson Johnny Depp F Scott Fitzgerald Ernest Hemingway The Simpsons Prince Charlie Parker Miles Davis
  20. Yes, Micah Richards was fantastic wasn't he. A major plus from a poor match. That boy's got some future ahead of him and he's still only 19.(tu)
  21. *Wakes up bleary eyed, feels terrible from caffiene overdose* *Ten mile race! Shudders at the thought, rather you than me darling* *Pours large glasses of fresh orange & mango juice* *Offers bowls of oat meal with lots of fresh fruits and yogurt round to anyone who wants* *Nice healthy breakfast, should put some energy back for the day ahead*
  22. Yes, it's the Dog. Originally there were two pubs in the Village. One called the Crown and the other called the Greyhound. Both were knocked down to make way for the current building in the late 19th century now known as the Crown & Greyhound, commonly known as the Dog.
  23. Yes Sean, I had a feeling she was. He'd better not flap about on Sunday though.
  24. Actually, I thought "Fat Frank" was one of England's better players. Scored a cracking goal too.
  25. An excellent image and I've been there myself on far too many occasions.
