  1. *Sigh* .... how long do you want to keep this up? It's boring for everyone else. Let's move on shall we?
  2. Yes. I watched it. Admittedly, only the highlights on MOTD. Perhaps you're becoming somewhat deluded by your current success Quids. A couple of losses and you'll be back to the BFS out mantra we've become accustomed to.

  4. Only now when the goals have come from the more direct route as all three were today. Now he's got his big lad up front again. 35 crosses played into the big lad up front today.
  5. Wind yer neck in Loz.
  6. Fook me, Loz, get off your high horse. I apologised. I admitted I was in the wrong. I wasn't thinking straight, OK. What more do you want? Jeez.
  7. I played in Ruskin Park as a child during that era. Brings back a lot of memories for me.
  8. Any West Ham fans getting a nosebleed?
  9. Yeah, saw these a few weeks back. Great little bits of local history right there.
  10. Apologies if I have caused any offence. For some stupid reason I assumed the OP was a man, still could be, though rereading the post in the clear light of day I assume that not to be the case now. Men can be such arseholes at times (myself included) and as Mr Ben has pointed out that "quota rises at certain times." None more so than at Christmas time with once a year drinkers. Too many idiots coming home on public transport from drunken office Xmas parties. Tossers the lot of 'em.
  11. Why didn't you say something (anything) to him at the time? Putting your little message on this forum to that "rude man on bus" is sad and pathetic.
  12. You could be right but I reckon that vital point has cemented our position as being mid-table mediocrities.
  13. Typical bloody Tottenham, even when Le Arse are going through a bad patch and you hope we can gain some sort of advantage on our rivals we have to have to go and outdo them at being shit.
  14. Streatham High Roaders?
  15. I was once evicted from Streatham Ice Rink during a Redskins game because I'd had the audacity to take my own beverage, in this case, a bottle of Johnny Walker Black Label, of which I drank from copiously. The fact I was also hideously drunk on arrival is neither here nor there. Barstewards!
  16. You can call it a lifestyle choice if you must. I'm not trying to be trendy and I'm certainly no fake. I'm just glad I don't read the fooking Daily Mail.
  17. Agreed. Let the kids smash the place up.
  18. Swings and roundabouts.
  19. It was. (Bowbelle) I lost two friends on that trip and my brother lost five. It could have been worse as he was invited to the party on the boat but changed his mind at the last minute not to go.
  20. Not all the great train robbers together obviously because that would have been a pretty dumb thing to do but it is apparently where Ronnie Biggs celebrated his ill-gotten gains after the robbery.
  21. It was called Cheers before that and before that... The Cherry Tree.
  22. The ponytail uses the EDT too. The Castle is still the best place locally to watch the football. The George Canning is pretty good too but if The Cherry Tree lot get their hands on that my visits there will be even more infrequent than they already are. Having said that I hate the idea of some crappy Aussie bar in East Dulwich. Better the devil you know. You still have the choice to take you custom elsewhere.

  24. That because you never get there early, Otta. You're always late.
