  1. Non-specific gender club?
  2. Did Les teach you?
  3. Deptford's going the same way as Hackney. The same sort of thing is happening in New York's East Village and similar neighbourhoods. Gentrification's not just a Londoncentric thing. Yuppies out!
  4. You may have a point there Jezza. I met a nice young girl in Peckham last week who's lived all her life in Hackney, currently living in Greenwich coz she can't afford to live in Hackney anymore. I thought, Hackney! I used to play football over there. Was always such a dump. How times change. It's been taken over by affluent yuppies.
  5. P68, that's a dry cleaners not a laundrette and it's still Lordship Lane up to Wood Vale.

I reckon you've paid the normal price and they've forgotten to give you the half price deal.
  7. But they're much higher up the table than you. Anyway, I'll let it lie. Aquero is so good he reminds me of my boyhood hero Jimmy Greaves. That's how highly I rate him.
  8. Hmm... Let's try again. Where would you be without Alexis Sanchez?
  9. Agreed he's a fantastic player. Where do you stand on this Wenger out nonsense?
  10. Parkdrive Wrote: ------------------------------------------------------- > Where would City be without Aguero, he was > stunning in last nights Champions League game > against Bayern. PD, nice diversion from you own team's deficiencies. Where would Arsenal be without Sanchez?
  11. Gulp. I was looking at property in Penge last night as I've been giving it a bit of thought about finally upping sticks and leaving Dulwich. BB... my friend is heavily involved in the new Community Centre thing.
  12. I never went to Never On A Sunday. Looked a bit shit to me even then. I love Italian food and pasta is a main part of my diet so I'm hoping that Burro e Salvia will be a good place to go for essentials.

  15. I put a link up about this on the draft beer thread last week. Anyway, what Otta said.
  16. Or perhaps the thread could have been correctly titled. Mancheter? What is this Mancheter you speak of? Is it a cheese?
  17. I got the right result. Spurs are better away from home. The entire Crystal Palace XI on the pitch in the second half cost less than Adam Lallana. ;-)
  18. Thankfully no. Which enabled me to splash out a bit.
  19. Actually, I feel no guilt about shagging my cougar landlady. We both got what we wanted. It was a pleasure rather than a chore.
  20. In '86 I rented a house with a few friends on Lacon Road. On one or two occasions I had to shag the landlady to get out of paying my share of the rent.
  21. Oops! I posted that on the wrong thread. Some voodoo going on here.
