The Dulwich Estate has confirmed that architects have been appointed to prepare a planning application for a ?mixed development? of residential and retail uses on the site. So, with that I can only conclude that it's closing and replaced with more ugly flats and another bloody supermarket. Short-sighted rapacious money grabbing bastards!
