It seems that a load of the traditional conveyor belt tills have been removed and replaced With more self scan stations. These are fine for baskets but what not for the large weekly trolley load. What on earth it is going to be like at weekends i have no idea. Apparently they want to encourage Scanning and paying by phone. I understand new technology takes time to become the norm but its as if they Are trying to make it harder to undertake the weekly big shop. It would seem the staff are also not keen and all overtime has been stopped. I intend to complain via their website - the stores no longer record customer feedback.

Agree there should be much greater transparency about the money made and how it is spent and how to ensure the park is reinstated asap if any damage. that was a real niggle - that the council seemed to be powerless to enforce proper repairs by the festival organisers.

Cannot think of any availble sites on lordship lane - they are local so would want to stay in the area where their loyal customers are

oo owls!! will go for an evening wander..... still waiting for the ducklings..... heard a few woodpeckers - both i peckham and brockwell parks there seems to be loads of robins at the moment - perhaps it is because they are so bold and much easier to spot...

I have seen the goslings and baby moorhens in PR but no ducklings at all - are they usually later in the season on or is something amiss?

I agree dog on dog does not seem to be taken seriously.

I have walked everyday in local parks for the past seven years and have not seen an incident such as this. These are horrible but unusual incidents -which absolutely should not be disregarded. Irresponsible dog owners are a pain for ALL park users and i would be delighted for them to be held to account However thousands of dog owners have lovely uneventful walks everyday - so a bit nervous of draconian on lead laws.

Weird but i dont find them sinister at all....the perps probably dont want their Identities revealed in case their residence (probably in southwark) will have a new bus stop Plonked on their doorstop plus quadruple yellow lines 6 metres in each direction...

Sorry to hear this - walk there most mornings and gave only encountered Lovely people and their dogs. will def keep an eye out Very best wishes for your dog and a speedy recovery. Lets all keep an eye out for this person
