  1. Went out once or twice 20 years ago with a French Lady(then around "30") who,it transpired, was quite,er,extremely "friendly" with several other Men,all at the same time...::o Any of you Guys know her?;-) Oh! Sorry! The relevance is she lived in Barry Road.

  3. I feel privileged to have been born in a fabulous Country at a wonderful time. I feel incredulous at observing the outstanding Nature of this beautiful Island which is all around me. I'm now going to watch Match Of The Day and then going to get stuck into enjoying every minute of the rest of today as if it was my last. Ruddy Marvellous!:)-D>:D<
  4. The Mans a machine-a fighting, mauling, scrapping, uncaged animal. Its in his genes,in his blood,in his whole fibre. Its what he was put on this earth to do. Its the least a Gal can do to protect herself.
  5. A thoroughly deserved bump for this most enlightening thread.
  6. All I know is that when I owed the HSBC ?10,000 and when on other occassions they owed me the same amount of money the interest they received was 50 FIFTY times more .....
  7. Depends where you drop a wallet or money. In many London places you'll get a cheery phone call from the finder and all ends well. Do that at the old Catford Stadium and your wallet would not have even reached the ground! p.s.Thats the same place where if some of the clientele shook your hand you would have to count the number of your fingers afterwards..:))
  8. RosieH Wrote: Surely the whole point of the contradictory character descriptions is so that anyone reading will identify with some of the characteristics, ignoring those that don't fit with their picture of themselves. A load of old bollocks - fun though. I agree with both paragraphs.:-$
  9. Reading 1 Southampton 2- Sky Reporter-Alan McAnally. Jeff Sterling "Reading throwing the kitchen sink at Southampton,Alan!" Alan Mc. "Yes,quite literally!"B)
  10. KalamityKel Wrote: Nevermind... I'm really too innocent in all of this to comment :p I wondered how you were going to get out of that.:)) You did, impressively.B)
  11. Its a load of old *****ers! I always asked the Wimmin' where I have worked over the years to guess my sign and,on average, they usually got it around 7th attempt....and then said "I thought so!":)) As if anyone could guess my Star Sign from the character traits that I have exhibited, thus far,on here, for example.
  12. AcedOut Wrote: Are we talking about the new themes on gmail - the fact one can now alter the colour scheme to slightly less garish colours? With Respect I thought Azul made it perfectly clear what he was referring to.

  19. Are you sure they disappearred? Just because they didn't shout about it doesn't mean they weren't around?:-$
  20. Ted Max Wrote: But you keep sticking it to The Man.. Ironical that you encompass the term "The Man" as when reading the much deserved eulogies thrust upon you by ED's cognescenti its crystal clear that there is only one worthy recipient of the affectionate term "The Man" and its you Gungedin!B)
  21. SeanMacGabhann Wrote: Tone, love.. what does any of that unfortunate side-effect of living in the sticks have to do with PCSOs? Nuffink if Da Truth be told Boss.:-$.....thinking this fred was about "Cycling/Modes of preferred Transport" not about the "PCSO's" which,of course,it DID start life as..:)) Police Community Support Officers are the eyea and ears of The Metroplitan Police... Sorry about the spelling of eyea but my eyea are beginning to struggle with small print now..
  22. Ted Max Wrote: But you keep sticking it to The Man, Tony.Woman Magnet. Now THIS I like..maybe it should be TonyWM Not TonyLS in future! It will be a "given" what the "WM" is short for...::o
