(in local shops ) (what can we do about it ? ) ( do they exist ? ) where are they ? (asking for money ) ( after my car was rear ended by a bus ) ( it has a "veneer" )

Just back from Morrisons in Peckham . Despite screens the chiller shelves were decidely not cold and staff were hurriedly unloading the upright freezer cabinets . Eek .Heat and NO MAGNUMS .Or pizza . Or garlic bread .

If it's poss for you to take photos ( of rubbish being dumped ,people ,reg plates ) without drawing attention to yourself then it might be more productive to supply these to Southwark/police than posting on here .

There was a derlict house in Peckham next to a family member which Southwark after decades did claim and auction off ,but this was because they could not find an owner and the action was to recoup unpaid council tax . But that's not the scenario here is it ?

PS cutting the ivy back is tricky - don't try it in hot or dry weather as it is incredibly dusty .

We have a large wild plot next to us - mares tail ,bindweed ,brambles ,nettles ,ivy ,6 'high grass ,sycamores . I have learnt to live with it and enjoy the peace and quiet .I cut the ivy and pull out the weeds along my boundary .Though I do curse the sycamores . There are foxes and they do sometimes bring their food findings into my garden to eat which is not pleasant . But I tell myself that maybe they deter rats . There are a number of cats around ( we have 2 ourselves ) and they are ,and have been for many years ,fine .No fox attacks .And squirrels all seem to thrive . Hope this reassures you a bit ,try not to worry .
