    Flies

We had the big flies when we had the squirrels killed (not my doing). They were all very docile and lazy, which was odd. Basically just swatted them and sprayed them but they mostly flew out the windows.
  3. fair enough. humanity withdrawn.
  4. To be fair - and demonstrate humanity - she is in an unenviable position. She has momentous political changes to control and the consequences are enormous. It literally is history in the making and she's getting jeered at left right and centre. Who would really want to be in her place?
  5. do you really think she has a future?
  6. not charged though... just maybe has information

Classic. They should do a compilation of the best (worst) bits of the Campaign, just like they do best bits of the Olympics. What music to set it to, though?
  8. how's it coming in? Through the doors/ windows? Seems odd. And if there's a gap, could it be fixed? we used to have an air purifier when we had a smoker in the house.
  9. Well, no - we don't really. But I'd prefer it. If I had to choose.
  10. We have a football club flag up in our window.
  11. it's not officially summer. So it won't come on just for one nice day.
  12. JoeLeg - bang on about followers picking and choosing the bits they want to follow. I like your post.
  13. so, no deal is better than a bad deal....ok...so - contingency plans for EU being so stubborn they know we'll give up if we don't get our own way?
  14. bring back Spitting Image, I say.
  15. oh John L, that is dirty tactics you've highlighted. Glad to see base principles have not been overlooked in the campaign.
  16. well for a balanced argument, there should be a equal critique of May's foreign policy or it's very biased.
  17. So what does your friend of a friend say about May's foreign policy? Why is he/she not providing a balanced view (journalist should be unbiased, surely?).
  18. so when May steps down, who will step up?
  19. very, droll, DF ;-)
  20. Is Paxman with May the same man that interviewed JC? The body language, the lack of interruption..... I think he was swapped.
  21. sorry.... "towns"? Talk about pretentious. It's literally up the road. Unless there is another reason for trying to distance the two? Perhaps in the town of ED, one expects everyting to be in one place, in a shops specifically just for that one thing. Cheese shop (tick), wine shop (tick), yoga outfits shop (tick) .... Imagine having to go to Town Peckham and have to be imaginitive.
  22. I love the arrogance that prevails - if they don't agree with then they're wrong
  23. well. unfortunately, it's a negative vote - ie strategic voting against who you most don't want to win. Personally, I;d like the green party to have more seats but in terms of the main parties, that vote would be lost and better used. Which is really pants.
  24. I'm looking forward to that!
