  1. If only Donald Trump wasn't married already ;-)
  2. I didn't at all read into it any criticism of the police. Quite the opposite actually. I'm a bit disappointed that messages are being misinterpreted to suit individual agendas. So far (and after only three posts), it's 1) not fact because he's a leftie. It 2) fact but it doesn't matter as crime is falling 3) criticism of the job our police did on Saturday night
  3. oh. is he misquoting numbers and making it up?
  4. https://skwawkbox.org/2017/06/04/huge-senior-police-officer-says-may-lying-re-police-nossecurity-ge17-kirkham/ Basically, the increased numbers is due to pulling police onto longer hours and from other areas. Cutting. Damning. By a Senior police officer.
  5. shock. gasp. this is getting off topic and quite out of hand. can we stop being personal please. (that's not a question, btw).
  6. You could try the mini ones. Very crunchy. Or own brand ones instead. Interested to here the Which? Weetabix results!

    Flies

We had the big flies when we had the squirrels killed (not my doing). They were all very docile and lazy, which was odd. Basically just swatted them and sprayed them but they mostly flew out the windows.
  9. fair enough. humanity withdrawn.
  10. To be fair - and demonstrate humanity - she is in an unenviable position. She has momentous political changes to control and the consequences are enormous. It literally is history in the making and she's getting jeered at left right and centre. Who would really want to be in her place?
  11. do you really think she has a future?
  12. not charged though... just maybe has information

Classic. They should do a compilation of the best (worst) bits of the Campaign, just like they do best bits of the Olympics. What music to set it to, though?
  14. how's it coming in? Through the doors/ windows? Seems odd. And if there's a gap, could it be fixed? we used to have an air purifier when we had a smoker in the house.
  15. Well, no - we don't really. But I'd prefer it. If I had to choose.
  16. We have a football club flag up in our window.
  17. it's not officially summer. So it won't come on just for one nice day.
  18. JoeLeg - bang on about followers picking and choosing the bits they want to follow. I like your post.
  19. so, no deal is better than a bad deal....ok...so - contingency plans for EU being so stubborn they know we'll give up if we don't get our own way?
  20. bring back Spitting Image, I say.
  21. oh John L, that is dirty tactics you've highlighted. Glad to see base principles have not been overlooked in the campaign.
  22. well for a balanced argument, there should be a equal critique of May's foreign policy or it's very biased.
  23. So what does your friend of a friend say about May's foreign policy? Why is he/she not providing a balanced view (journalist should be unbiased, surely?).
  24. so when May steps down, who will step up?
