  1. Any block like this you must be very careful about the service charge and if there are some large planned repairs coming up and how much you will be responsible for.

    In Lambeth you only get plastic bags for your recycling and for garden waste you have to pay extra and they give you large fabric type bags.SO we only have one bin.

  11. I didn't wear anything or have anything pink until I realised 2 teenage sons would not borrow pink trainers , socks ,coats or mp3 players. Now I get to keep everything as they don't borrow them 😀

  13. I recommend you go to somewhere like body's hop and ask for advice. You don't have to buy everything but it's not too expensive and a good starting point. Really I would say lipstick, mascara and a tinted moisturiser /bb cream are a good start.

  17. I think mince pies are very sweet and I often make a mixture of 2/3 apple and 1/3 mincemeat.
  18. Actually it was BBC4 and on next Friday too- told my 90 year old Dad- he was delighted. Such lovely memories of watching with my family when we were young. Leonard Sachs introduced a new world of language to me.

  23. My kids learnt at Dulwich Village Infants School, their teacher was from Africa - we bought a set at the Horniman I think?
  24. There are some very wealthy households in London where the man of the house speaks English and his wife /wives and domestic staff do not speak English and are not allowed access to English. I have never seen any children, but I always wonder what happens to them. The women are not let out without the man. Its horrible. :(
