  4. The Garden Bridge will be another tourist attraction and attract even more people in making it even worse than it is now. Bah humbug- we want jobs for young people to give them skills and a future and I just dont see this as helping beyond short term construction.

  6. I am very disappointed in the Mayors decision. We cant house people, we cant provide the health care they need let alone educate them and yet we can invest in this? What a sell out. :(

  8. This happens in private blocks too. Some leases do not have sinking funds and it is hard to get repairs done. There have been blocks in Streatham that have been blighted by this. Some landlords are particularly bad.
  9. ? asked at Sainsburys a few months ago. The company cleaning cars lost their contract at all Sainsburys because of visa issues I was told.
  10. Could she use some of this summer to "shadow: or do a bit of work experience in various jobs? ( need to start planning it now). I would seriously explore a profession where the NHS are helping with your fees and if you have work experience ( which probably all successful will have for physio) that will help. Sometimes it's good to shadow/do work experience to help find out what you don't want to do.Your granddaughter sounds super☺

  14. Ditto that. speed at finding the answers in your files assisted greatly by sticky notes and labels. Respect for Judge important too.
  15. I would like to know why College Road has not been used as part of the route. It is a quieter road . I wonder if the Dulwich Estate were approached and said no? ( Its partly a private road). Its a much more direct route.
  16. Any block like this you must be very careful about the service charge and if there are some large planned repairs coming up and how much you will be responsible for.
