year 7's are seen as easy pickings for muggers ( I am sorry to say). I would suggest a really rubbish one with a very small amount of credit. make sure you have all the details ready to report a loss. I think boys are greater targets than girls. My sons LG ?8.99 phone was turned down by muggers twice in the end. I think its careless public use of phones and not realising that others are observing you that can make you a victim.
where do you keep your tomato sauce. Fridge= middle class cupboard= working class ( this was pointed out on edf a while ago- makes life so easy). Does it matter?
When you are pregnant look out for someone who is not going to have anymore children - ask them if they want to have a clearout of stuff and buy everything off them. then stay in touch over the first few years and buy the clothes etc off them.
I quite often see people driving cars with ear phones in listening to their i pods etc. i hope they only have one ear phone in- but this may be the way to go?
Can't blame me for trying! I know one of my clients ( not from Sweden)was baffled by English education systems and the dreaded book bag/ report. Still you are a pretty forthright lot!
I used to be a cycling examiner instructor and examiner! The bikeability scheme includes more road based- supervised activity depending on your level. Pretty important in London.

They are in the cold frame and I think they should go out- but I'm scared of this weather. What has everyone else done? Can any more experienced gardeners advise? Thanks
MInder, I am 100% certain that that is the long term aim of government. We will have to pay to park on the street and there will be an extra levy on you if you have off street parking. Allpartof the green and sustainable agenda.
Reading the treads on this forum it looks as if everyone waxes- is this true?- or are there others that can't face the cost/ pain- whats wrong with the lady razor. Are waxers disproportionately representd on this forum??
It should make a differnce in value- it does in Central London. If you have an informed estate agent they should recognise this fact. Some depends on what ground rent and service charge you pay now. If you have 2 identical falts for sale - one freehold and one paying ?500 pa ground rent- then technically the freehold one is worth circa ?10 k more. Then if the leasehold has a high service charge ( ?120 light bulbs add up) of saY ?1000 per flat- but you can show you have improved the management costs- but not at the cost of dropping maintetnace/ sinking funds - then this should add value too. However if the potential buyers are uninformed and particularly the local agents then this will not always be picked up.
People that go to Kings have always parked in the surrounding roads. If you choose to buy a house in that area you must know this and take it in to account.
is there a charity that wants our old analogue tvs? do they work in France for examnple ( not that I am saying France is a charity!!!)? I have an old portable I was goign to put outside my house and see whether someone take a shine to it.............
Thanks silly woman. Of course you can't say no- if they have the money-its just the being sensible bit. I just want to make sure they look after each other- and get the tickets from a legitimate source.
