  1. Maybe a good time to give up PGC? Spend what you save on good whiskey.
  2. Celtic, back in the big time. An amazing performance by Neil Lennon. Red Devil told me it would end in tears but he has done a staggering job on thin resources and I look forward to seeing how his young squad shapes up in the big league.

  4. It's probably a stackable offence if the estate agent does not declare the payment and pass it to his employer.
  5. I think changing estate agents will put you in touch with the buyers registered with the new agent but it might be a short term improvement in interest. However I do feel agents naturally focus on their new instructions ahead of properties that have been on for a while. But you should check you contract as Haart will have spent money on trying to sell your property and you will prob have a minimum period of exclusivity with them or a notice period.

  7. Watney's doing rather well. I backed Rory at 10/1 after -2 yesterday, long way to go. Also did Pettersen (again) but he's put of it already on +2 I'd say. Have a ?10 on Liverpool to win the Preniership. :) Not sure why. I'm sure I'll back another team too, maybe Chelsea.

Or just download it to your phone for free with the many apps that do this. I thought lots of people did this ? (not me of course)
  9. I bought Murder Ballads when it came out, loved it. But for whatever reason have not bought any Nick Cave since. Agree with SF that Mercy Seat is brilliant - but Jhonny Cash's version is one of my all time fav songs.
  10. I take your point about enforcement, but as someone with young children, I abide by the 20 mph speed limit, and hope others do too. I'm much less likely to abide by the 70mph national speed limit on a motorway.
  11. It could get Messi.
  12. I like Bradley. I hope he is clean. I'm suspicious of the whole Tour. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Doping_at_the_Tour_de_France If you scroll to the bottom of ther attached link, it has a table of the results of 1998-2012 Tour with colour coding for the doping charges. White is clean, there are few in the top 10 over the years who are still considered clean and most of the winners are doping, and with Lance Armstrong now sure to be coloured in, its clear its a very difficult race to make the top 10 without "help". Its unwise to have blind faith in any winner of the Tour IMO.
  13. Otta Wrote: ------------------------------------------------------- > First I'd heard about this > > > That is going to be car crash telly at it's worst! I think this is bad idea, and (although it seems to have started prior to his approintment) puts extra pressure on a new manager.
  14. Radio 5 said this morning that the USADA won a court case to confirm they have autorisation to strip him of his titles back to 1998. They will probably then go down the pecking order to the guy who came 113th, to get the first clean cyclist. Personally I'm suspicious of any cyclist who wins the Tour de France. I have my doubts whether its possible to win it "clean".
  15. I zoomed in and did not like what I saw. But that's gingerist so I can't go there.
  16. And I don't think he's Hewitt's boy. If he was Hewitt would probably be dead in a car crash by now.
  17. TMZ seems to be the website for the photos. I am a big fan of Harry, he's a normal 20 something.

Why do men always have to offer a "deal" to get to watch football. It is a right not a privelege :)
  19. Good teeth !
  20. C'mon Celtic. Half way to the group stages.
  21. I hope to be ok for 25/9 mike. Maybe dropping the Monday from the cycle in favour of a Friday might be an option? Hope you continue it, just a blip i'm sure.
  22. Parkdrive. You need help. I suggest a 6 month break from all football matters whilst you clear your head.
  23. I think the guys just off lordship lane (junction at Bushells estate agents) are excellent. Never felt the need to go anywhere else.
  24. I think if we finish above Rangers, we should win the league. On Brendan Rogers.... I think his style of play may take a bit of time to show results but he will I think bring something special back to Liverpool.
