I personally would avoid the Canaries at all costs. Its a shame Greece isn't "hot" at that time of the year.

A male friend and I went to the Bishop one Friday evening. We were both fairly hammered as we'd been out in the city straight after work. Chappers had popped out to get some rizlas and I ended up chatting to a fella at the bar. My mate came back and we all carried on chatting. At this stage our "new friend" decided to ask us what we did for a living and this was the point that Chappers decided to spin an elaborate lie. Apparently, I was a radio presenter on Capital radio and he was the producer. It went on from there until I decided to confess that it was a wind up. Needless to say - our new mate was not amused and left the pub. Haven't had much luck in the Bishop :(

One of the Beatles at my "church" - why not? Have never been to a gig at Anfield. Have seen Ringo Starr and would loved to have seen Mr Harrison, who IMHO was the best Beatle. While my guitar gently weeps is one of the greatest songs of all time. Errrm, I sort of forgot about the Pogues. I was going to take my Mum as she loves them, but then I remembered that the last time I took her to a gig she nearly ended up in a punch up with the woman standing next to her. She kept getting jostled around and didn't like it too much. She wouldn't have it when I explained that when you pack that many people in to a crowded room it tends to end up happening! I spent the rest of the night worrying that I'd have to defend her if something kicked off. Not pleasant. Are there still any tickets available? What night are you going?

Still techincally the majority though.....;-)

Have just acquired 4 tickets to see the Artic Monkeys at Ally Pally. Yippee - have wanted to see them for ages! Also have entered a ballot to see Paul McCartney at Anfield :))
