    Is this it?

Comparing one's achievements with others can have different results. How about comparing oneself to all those humans who dont even make it out of the womb? As Nigel Tufnell once said " to much f@ucking perspective'

Our most profound experiences however will not involve money...I bet.
  8. Well they overdosed and...nothing happened. It got a lot of press and skeptic groups all round the country joined in. Funnily we gate crashed one of their events in Red Lion Square and they werent too happy. It was a heavily organised media event and our roving middle class sound system was surplus to their needs. The whole campaign though seems to have done in the homeopaths good and proper.

It,s possible to sell a pound coin for more than a pound...true but spooky. I suggest feel good about yourself, which in this case probably means accept less money.

  13. God I love those latin terms, you is some Lady.
  14. I guess that 'religious' in this case is code for 'normally a good bloke' and baring in mind the Blairs' religious leanings also code for 'one of us'. Taliban are ultra religious of course. Try my blog
  15. Its still neck and neck with Michael Jackson's pillow http://music.shop.ebay.co.uk/Music-/11233/i.html?_trkparms=65%253A12%257C66%253A2%257C39%253A1%257C72%253A2471&_trksid=p3286.c0.m14&_sop=3&_sc=1

  18. Giggirl Be careful who you invite into your house. You might find someone taking exception to your attitude "I would be pretty hacked off > with > > them and they could go and swing for their dry > > cleaning costs" and sueing you in the name of common sense and good manners, sign or no sign. I say this because the culture of taking offence and sueing is growing and is a menace.

The point here is that there were > no signs to point out that there was wet paint - > that's just plain wrong. If your wet paintwork sign were too small would you be surprised if your visitor decided to sue in this case?
  20. I thought how sad that there was CCTV but noone watching to get you out.
  21. yeah but you're made of money
  22. reasonable is not the same thing as storing up all your anger and frustration and then having a go at someone
  23. Apparently Alistair Darling has the veto on RBS bonuses. But will he use it? Well we were told things could only get better...for some. Sly and Reggie with a new track "Lets Give The Bankers A Spanking" Available for free from the Lovely Last.fm Anyone going down to Speakers Corner this Sunday to hear Billy Bragg whoop it up?
  24. I think the way to work out what is reasonable in this case is to ask this question: Would I treat this person in the same way if they were my friend. In other words to appeal to the better side of yourself and then you would find your answer.
