  8. A replacement should always be served once. If the customer still is unhappy , the barstaff should suggest trying another beer If still not satisfied, full refund should happen The server should not have to get the managers permission to do any of this. the server would simply make a note of what drinks were changed , whar refund was given , take the offending beer off and then wait for the manager to sort the beer out. The customer should not be mucked about and and made to wait excessively. Well , this is how I was taught when i was doing all my bar training , ( many years ago now) cheers Phil
  9. sack her and replace her with another politician who is less corrupt...... now only if we could find one. they are all at it , fiddling the expenses to get what they can out of the system. how many are truly there because they love their country and want to make a positive difference? very few i think.

  15. This is the recipe we first used for mussel fritters Mussel fritters 300g cooked mussel meat, not too finely chopped 1 onion, finely chopped a large handful of dill, chopped 2 eggs ? cup milk 1 teaspoon oil ? teaspoon salt 125g flour Sift the flour into a bowl and make a well in the centre. Crack in one egg. Separate the other egg and reserve the white in a bowl. Add the yolk to the flour, along with the salt and whisk in the oil and milk, gradually combining all the ingredients. Set the batter aside until required. Chop the mussels and place in a bowl (1) with the onion and a generous quantity of chopped dill. When ready to cook, whip the eggwhite until stiff and fold into the batter. Then add the batter to the mussel mixture. Heat some oil in a frypan or use a flat griddle. Turn the heat back a little and spoon out the fritter mix (2). Allow each fritter to cook to a golden brown on the underside then turn and complete the cooking (3). If you don't have a large griddle, place the cooked fritters on a dish in a hot oven until all are cooked. we made them quite small and served as a starter on a few pub menus or as part of a seafood platter cheers Phil

I know of a department in a certain investment bank that has 2 international U21 front rowers , 1 ex welsh schoolboys no 8, and a couple of other rather large rugby lads. im sure i wouldnt want to be the activist that disrupts their lunchbreak.
