I know an ex-con who is now in a career and in a position where you would never in a million years guess the previous record. I also know ex-cons who are now working and continuing with (fairly) respectable lives. I would employ an ex-con, providing they are the right person for the job.

I agree, I think fireworks should not be on sale. I know it spoils the family display in the back garden (realistically, how good is that?).
