and to be honest, it's usually the mum who organises the childcare, makes the packed lunches, takes the day off when child is sick, buys their clothes, cooks their food, sews their buttons on, washes their pants, tidies their room, comforts them when they fall over, takes them to the park, I could go on........

I think if you are single, you see the happy, breeding couples on LL - but if you are an exhausted parent with whinging kids and partner in tow you see the happy, carefree singles. Grass is always greener and all that.

Big signs like that which are misspelled just serve to perpetuate incorrect spelling. As per Muttley's ironic posting earlier, the amount of people who misspell definitely is remarkable. Maybe in future the word will evolve to be spelled 'definately' as a natural progression. It reminds me of the shop Micheal Leigh on Walworth Road. The name has been above the shop in volid red and yellow for 20 odd years as far as I know. Unless the owner is actually Spanish, possible I suppose.

I don't think we can dismiss the idea that also some men have the urge to reproduce.

I definitely spend less money on the weekly shop now I'm using Ocado rather than going to Sainsbury's. Probably due to fewer unnecessary impulse purchases, as mentioned above.

Just to point out, it's not too late once you've left the shop as the tills have to balance. I did exactly that at Sainsbury's and it wasn't until I got home that I realised I had forgotten the cash. I got the money after phoning the shop. Bizarrely, I had to describe my shoes, presumably they had a camera trained on the till and could see my feet.

Ocado are good in my opinion. Deliveries are always on time and the order is always correct. They take away the carrier bags for recycling.

You are not noticing them at the moment because we have been having winds from the East for the last week, this means the landing direction is different. Winds set to change from tomorrow so we can expect the early morning inter-continentals again.

you are entitled to your opinion of course but I think it is a well presented school, clean and airy. Not sure which prisons you've visited but it doesn't look like any I've seen, admittedly the over the top fencing is a bit off-putting but other than that the building is fine. All the kids I know that go there are happy which is the most important thing.
