  1. always want things want your way, always try to play high and mighty, always try and shut people down who question you or disagree with you, BORING.
  2. Perhaps read what you have written recently and REFLECT on the language you have used.
  3. Why are buses your biggest issue?
  4. Can you moderate the language you use, it is becoming offensive.
  5. It was the Jerk Off festival, nothing wrong with that, the issue was with some of those who attended who's behaviour on the surrounding roads was unacceptable to residents.
  6. Go too both cheese shops on LL and try the different offerings, then tell them you're just seeing which is best and you'll get back to them.
  7. i) Factually incorrect, it is NOT British Gas, it's a company called SGN. ii) The gridlock is due to the two pairs of traffic lights at the junction of Peckham Rye and East Dulwich Road and a second set at the top of Rye Lane. I went through there yesterday, it wasn't that bad, the issue is that buses are terminating early at what was the Heaton Arms, so reduced buses going to Nunhead or at least some of the 78's and also at one stage no 63's running further than the Heaton Arms and a limited/reduced service on the 363's. Yes, likely to be daily till works completed, phase 3 is yet to start.
  8. It's unnecessary to unplug the TV, just follow the retuning procedure, probably within Settings. Plus again NO NEED to do a factory reset.
  9. It's a journo's opinion, pointless, a bit like the rag it's come from, equally pointless. Why do you base discussions on some journo's opinion, you have your own opinion, express that, not someone else's. How about not being influenced by others. Vic Jaryczewski
  10. Have you tried re-tuning, seems to be almost a weekly occurrence at the moment to need to re-tune.
  11. Veering to the right, seriously???? Try Left
  12. I'm done with you.
  13. Nope, not "complaining or moaning", stating an opinion. Tax - yes we are taxed to the hilt, the threshold is £12570, Govts not increasing this means more and more people get dragged into paying tax. HMRC are a joke, even if you're below that figure they take tax that has to be claimed back as its wrongly deducted. Inflation is supposedly dropping, the reality in the shops is the total opposite, week on week almost, prices increase, utilities increase etc. I don't want to live under a left wing govt, if you do, suggest you try living in Russia.

    American pope!!!

Maybe the Church will move a bit back towards the centre and be less liberal.
  15. It's not who I admire, it's who's best to turn this country around and solve the multitude of problems the population experiences on a daily basis. People's pockets are only so deep and can only afford so much before they eventually have to rely on the State and that costs even more. The Cost of living spiralling, although inflation is apparently falling, right, yeah, NOT. Taxed to the hilt, wages/pensions not rising sufficiently to keep up, resulting in unemployment increasing, businesses not able to afford to keep or take on staff. It's a rollercoaster that is hard if not impossible to stop.
  16. You couldn't make it up, even if you tried. Sad to hear its closed. How bad is the damage?
  17. Yep, you're correct, don't care for Trump or Starmer or Farage, all nasty, self serving, over entitled, wedged to the hilt wannabe politicians, who are a disaster for their respective countries, populations and the world as a whole. You can add Putin to that list as well.
  18. Trump changes his mind as often as the clock ticks. The man is an egotistical buffoon, similar in ways to Starmer, another egotistical, do as I say, not as I do, wedged to the hilt hypocrite who still thinks he's Head of the DPP not the first minister. Certainly don't want beef from the US, it'll hurt our own beef production farmers, revered around the world as the very best with the quality of British and especially prime Angus Scotch Beef. Just don't export to the US and only import from there what is essentially necessary.
  19. Wouldn't vote for farage and his lot, so don't blame me.
  20. Anything that improves the front of the station has to be a good thing. Opening up the square in front is a superb idea, it will show the beauty of the architecture of the station, just as they did at Kings Cross when they ripped out the monstrosity of the 1960's frontage and now the station gleams. People probably go there to see the beauty of it. Now wouldn't it be good if once opened up and cleaned up, people visited to see how wonderful it then looks. I guess there is a generally lack of trust that the station square will open by the end of next year, HOWEVER, when the current frontage is removed and the square is opened up as it originally was it will look grand.
  21. i) You must think Liebour can do no wrong, can lie through their teeth and yet you appear to believe every word Starmer and his stooges utter. ii) More assumptions made by you, well guess what you're utterly W R O N G, seems like that's your first trip, just as I predicted. iii) and you won't be blaming me old man. Shockingly, I actually have to agree with some of the points you've raised. Reform are the relics of BNP and UKIP, both detestable so add them together and you get an even worse result which is Reform that the UK can do without.
  22. You do this to anyone who disagrees with what you say, twisting words, clever, but you'll trip up at some stage.
  23. All you're doing is twisting my words and then saying it makes me look crackers. Cut the personal remarks.
