  1. I was at the Langton Rise P13 bus stop on Monday morning, time wise about 08.45am. I couldn't believe the amount of traffic going both ways and at some speed. I thought Underhill rd was a fairly quiet apart from the P13, how wrong I was.
  2. Sounds like a dose of severe sour grapes.

    The fifth?

Trump suffers from opening his mouth before putting his brain in gear. Needs to take a lesson in statesmanship from Carney, slow well thought out responses to media questions. How about Carney for President of the US as well. That should upset some and more.
  4. Yeo, it slows journey times, its a road designed to move traffic along it at 30mph, reduced by a clown to 20mph, creating greater levels of pollution as a result. And don't argue ulez or cpz or ltn's all designed to purely make money schemes. Why have road tax then???????????
  5. probably a better location for the shop
  6. Exactly, the cycle lane was an excuse to slow traffic, it's unnecessary because it's never used, never seen one cyclist cycle along there, EVER, EVER. It is an excuse to solve another problem.
  7. The Sydenham Hill cycle lane fiasco is not a benefit but a hindrance that slows traffic. I've never seen one person use it. An utter waste of the public realm.
  8. Ah, why now, well it's year end of the financial year, so its lets spend the budget otherwise we lose it or get less next year. Call me a cynic.
  9. Bloods are done on the ground floor, never had any problems with them doing them. And I've found the Tessa Jowell GP Surgery to be really proactive. Perhaps pop in and have a chat with reception and establish what has happened.
  10. Well, I hope you like what you see, the hot air, lack of answers and continual blaming things on the last Government and the made up blackhole, I find are nauseating. The man needs to see reality, because I'd guess that if we had a snap election tomorrow and based on the first six months of this parliament, Labour would get trounced. When the election does finally happen and if that isn't before the people rise up and throw this lot out, Labour will not be voted back in for a millennium.
  11. Trump is behaving as he is to minimise the amount of money previously spent by the Democrats, (just a guess) on things that are outside of the US, i.e. the billions of $ spent on things such as the Ukraine and in other parts of the world which produce or give no benefit to the US. Starmer had no answers at PMQ's today, repeating the same hot air as previously, Kemi rinsed him. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=bcvrIp-vfTk
  12. Try starting it, then use the restart and see how it fairs.
  13. laptop not shutting down, could be because the operating system is updating
  14. As Vladi said in his post "The Fifth". Will Trump even complete his term in office before someone does away with him. At this rate the rest of the World hate him, the leaders of the nations have distain for him, maybe his aim is to divide up the world between the USA, Russia and China, with Europe no longer being an Allie of the US. However the only reason Trump is behaving in the way he is, is to stop spending money on non US related issues and hence driving all the money back to the US. As he says he "wants to make America great again". Personally he scare the ebiegibies out of me. What's the odds we'll be at war by the end of 2025, or the three super powers will be at war. Which ever way you cut it, the world has become a much more scary and dangerous place.
  15. Microsoft!!!
  16. Clowns is a polite version of what they could be called, their are far stronger adjectives I could have used but didn't.
  17. The reference to "clowns" was of those at the Ombudsman, who behaved like clowns. No reference to the TJMC who my experience so far has been GREAT.
  18. Oh my oh my, you really do seem dissatisfied with the "service" you've received. Good luck with the Ombudsman, personally I found them to be an utter and total shambles staffed by unqualified clowns who neither listened or were willing to do any background reading, when I had to involve them regarding a local dental surgery. My experience with the Tessa Jowell Surgery as a new patient is poles apart from the one you describe. They have been pleasant, kind, informative, helpful and genuinely caring. I have followed their online protocols and everything has been fine. Perhaps posting your complaint on a public forum wasn't the best way to try and get it addressed and maybe if I may suggest an alternative approach could be for you to arrange a meeting with the Practice Manager and raise your concerns with them and have any evidence available, or just find another practice that meets your needs.
