Not only does Sydenham Hill qualify for the least used if ever cycle lane, they're now installing one along Crystal Palace Parade. Who are the imbeciles who grant this to happen. Do they have any common sense or let alone any grasp of reality. It was utter chaos there this morning. Heaven help us, the lunatics really have taken over the asylum. -

cause installing cycle lanes narrows roads and slows traffic flow, the road is only so wide, so any widening of pavements into the road causes both chaos and long term congestion as a result. -
Not meaning to cause any controversy, but are COVID jabs still necessary for over 60's and for how long (years) are they needed?

Last year Krystals were not using Pfizer, if you wanted it that had to be paid for, think it was £100. they should have given you some documentation saying which brand it was.

But not to the extent it is now, I remember when traffic used to flow and I mean flow. -

No it will not do what you think it will. The consequence of roadworks this afternoon resulted in traffic being backed up in the direction to the Grove Tavern at about 5pm and it was solid and not moving, More traffic not moving so more stagnant pollution. No wonder more people are dying of cancer from the excessive pollution. If traffic moved it would help, but planners who deem "they know best" plus Mayor Khan think slowing traffic to a stagnant crawl is the answer, when common sense shows how wrong they are. The perfect example is Forest Hill Road, till the so called know it all planners decided it needed three lots of traffic signals installed. Where previously traffic used to flow, now it does the exact opposite. All these supposed new measures may keep people employed in traffic departments, the reality is it causes inconvenience and dramatically slows traffic down, which is wrong in every sense. -

Yep, BUT slower journey's INCLUDES slower bus journeys if traffic moves slower, then everything in that traffic queue will move slower and take longer, your point does not hold tight It's not debating, its putting a counter argument that is then swiftly dismissed. -

You always want to be right whatever the subject and this one is your job. I want to see traffic flow not be congested due to daft road widening schemes which INCONVIENIENCE people and make journeys longer wasting peoples time. -

What smarter transport choices do you expect people to make? As I already said i is my belief that narrowing roads slows traffic flow, increases journey times and hence pollution thus increases. -

Why do you intentionally misinterpret what was said. If you actually thought about it then you'd recognize that slower journeys because of narrower roads means it takes longer for traffic to move along and hence motor vehicles will excrete more noxious gases. -

So posh chicken then. Shame then that the supply of chicken is going to become harder to acquire and more expensive through the increased prevalence of bird flu

Well yes, never heard those terms or used, so it was a case of googling to find out what they mean. Others may know or be acquainted with those activities on here???

Interesting to learn that "Belair Mansion is owned by the Dulwich Estate", wonder if they are aware of what has been going on at these "parties"?

Just googled the term "tromboning", my oh my, then did "roast" and all this going on at Belair House, what people are willing to do, it brings tears to the eyes.
